That is easy, That which agrees with the Word of the God (that created all things truly scientific) is true science. That which contradicts the true word of God, is neither accurate or true science, but a counterfeit, false science. "...avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science (knowledge) falsely so called: Which some professing have erred concerning the faith (the true way of living in the reality of this world). Grace be with thee. Amen." 1 Timothy 6:20-21.
You must be totally unfamiliar with all the secular and religious doctors that have attributed some surgical successes to God and answered prayers.
This is why a lot of people dislike Christianity. So ignoring the implication that this would mean abortion is actually a good thing because it would guarantee that child goes to heaven. Same with all childhood deaths. But this is saying I'm doomed to burn FOREVER in a flaming lake of sulfur based on not believing. The thing that is so pernicious about that is that I don't get to choose what I believe. I'm either convinced or I'm not. So if I were to profess my belief and devotion to Jesus without first being convinced of the truth of Christianity I would be bearing false witness. So I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't, literally. Some souls would prefer that they were spontaneously aborted rather than come full term, and then grow up to be a heathen, or an atheist, and end up in a Lake of Fire (Revelation 20:15) for eternity. God's ways are higher than our ways, Isaiah 55:8-11.

Well they don't, in my opinion.
But this bears repeating:
A little child should be able to look a Ph.D. right in the eyes and tell him he's wrong.
Not sure what this means?
Are you claiming naturally aborted pregnancies, are caused by a mother's diet?
LOL. If you think the above are the main reasons for naturally aborted pregnancies, you are fooling yourself.
Ah, I get it. Of course. God cares about the unborn babies who might otherwise be born into a rough existence, but never mind the 3,100,000 kids who die from hunger each year. Screw those kids.
Got it.
God has left it up to us to address all these problems.
And the American government is stopping all those programs designed to help people in poverty, and yet people still support them.
A large chunk of miscarriages, are not from any fault of the mothers lifestyle.
And many babies, are born to mothers addicted to drugs, who smoke and are alcoholics. Why doesnt god abort those?
Not to worry, programs are still in place. Lot's of help for the poor. The liberal media and the activists make it seem like there is mass starvation and homelessness. We have the best cared for poor in the world.
Maybe God should have just stayed out of the picture and let the Canaanites chew them up and spit them out, eh?Or when God rained down pestilence on Israel because David requested a census without God telling him to. 70,000 innocent people were killed for that one.
