  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

^ I've hung around several. But this one seems to be the only one that treats people with respect. And I'm sort of big on not being treated like an inmate or a child at my age. :D
> Just got off the phone with my 3 weeks to her wedding, totally stressed out sister...and now I'm wearing my shoulders around my ears.
v Don't you wish that supposedly "happy events" would actually be "happy" to those who are directly involved?

< Work is great since my supervisor is back. He is very competent. His son died last year from cystic fibrosis and he just returned to work. He has a daughter who has CF also, so please pray for him and his daughter and their family. I had a classmate die from cystic fibrosis.
v Do you know anyone who has had cystic fibrosis?

I'm not into collecting "things" anymore, because they collect dust.

That is my favorite song on the piano. I love Beethoven, but Bach is really wonderful too. (My father is a classical pianist...so I grew up with classical music. I took lessons myself...but in an act of teenage rebellion...I gave it up. Taking lessons again is on my list of things I want to do. )

^ I do like all kinds of music.
