We hope to see you as a part of our community soon and God Bless!

  2. The forums in the Christian Congregations category are now open only to Christian members. Please review our current Faith Groups list for information on which faith groups are considered to be Christian faiths. Christian members please remember to read the Statement of Purpose threads for each forum within Christian Congregations before posting in the forum.
  3. Please note there is a new rule regarding the posting of videos. It reads, "Post a summary of the videos you post . An exception can be made for music videos.". Unless you are simply sharing music, please post a summary, or the gist, of the video you wish to share.
  4. There have been some changes in the Life Stages section involving the following forums: Roaring 20s, Terrific Thirties, Fabulous Forties, and Golden Eagles. They are changed to Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Golden Eagles will have a slight change.
  5. CF Staff, Angels and Ambassadors; ask that you join us in praying for the world in this difficult time, asking our Holy Father to stop the spread of the virus, and for healing of all affected.
  6. We are no longer allowing posts or threads that deny the existence of Covid-19. Members have lost loved ones to this virus and are grieving. As a Christian site, we do not need to add to the pain of the loss by allowing posts that deny the existence of the virus that killed their loved one. Future post denying the Covid-19 existence, calling it a hoax, will be addressed via the warning system.

    Of course not.....
because once I came to believe that the Worldwide Church of God doctrine of Soul Sleep was seriously in error..... I noticed some other probable flaws as well.

If you are talking about what the false teachers and false teaching have proposed, then no.
The only "potentially useful" anything is that which will set you free from the deception, setting you free from those who have been tickling your ears, and free from whatever spiritual errors got you trapped.

You followed the pendulum, so to speak, to a lot more errors outside the WCoG. Worse than before.

"probable" ? Went from probable to certain errors, no doubt about this,
in your travels/ seeking/ posts revealed information/ false teachers believed.
I was in the WCoG for a while. We did not believe in soul sleep. (the people I was with in the WCoG) .... The whole idea of soul sleep is not a good criteria for you to have changed over to believe other deceptions.

The Gospel must be preached to all nations before Jesus will return. There are language groups without New Testaments. Some tribes are illiterate and isolated.

I do not know the day or the hour of his return. Peter wrote the earth will be destroyed with intense heat - 2 Peter 3:10. I would expect God might create a new world.

Jesus taught people, “Sufficient to the day is the evil therein.” “Do not worry about tomorrow. Tomorrow will take care of itself.” Am not dreaming about what I will do in 300 yrs.

Just to point out.. your not waiting for actual sand to become grasslands..

The Hebrew word for sand, חול (chol), is the same as the word for “secular” or “ordinary” – that which is not set aside or holy.

Sand and dust in the Bible represent secularism and worldliness...

Awake, awake, put on your strength, O Zion; put on your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city… Shake yourself from the dust and arise; be seated, O Jerusalem; loose the bonds from your neck, O captive daughter of Zion.” (Isaiah 52:1-2)

In the same way, water can, and often does, represent salvation..

"... Christ loved the church and gave himself for her to sanctify her by cleansing her with the washing of the water by the word."
    Ephesians 5:25-26

What happened at the pool of Siloam? What happened when the light of Christ came into this world and gave Himself for the salvation of man?

spiritual productivity makes the believer to be:

like a tree planted by flowing streams; it yields its fruit at the proper time, and its leaves never fall off” (Psalms 1:3).

water also represents life that has been renewed: “At that time … joyfully you will draw water from the springs of deliverance” (Isaiah 12:1-3).

Your not looking for some supernatural earthly phenomenon - just look backward and you'll see the supernatural phenomenon that already happened...

Amazing Grace, How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now am found
T'was blind but now I see
T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear
    And Grace, my fears relieved
How precious did that grace appear
    The hour I first believed
Through many dangers, toils and snares
    We have already come.
T'was grace that brought us safe thus far
And grace will lead us home

Think back, God Willing, to how you "noticed" any error at all, after having been ? 'stable' in God's Word for some time.....
then when someone, whoever it was, convinced you that instead of WCoG
you could 'trust' them, whoever it was,
deceptively gaining your trust at that time by seemingly being on your side,
deceptively gaining your trust all those years ago,
by seemingly exposing errors "for you", as if "in your good interest",
all the while purposefully beguiling you to follow another voice.....

If Isaac Newton got his 2060AD Christ return date right we should be about 250 years into the last millennial. It appears according to Enoch the Lord comes with ten thousands of his saints. The question is, will we be accounted worthy to return on this earth to reign with him a thousand years?

And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints. - Jude 1:14

But with the righteous He will make peace. And will protect the elect, And mercy shall be upon them. And they shall all belong to God, And they shall be prospered, And they shall be blessed. And light shall appear unto them. And behold! He cometh with ten thousands of His holy ones to execute judgement upon all, and to destroy all the ungodly: And to convict all flesh Of all the works which they have ungodly committed, And of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him. - Enoch 1

4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. - Revelation 20:4-6

Three hundred years from now where will you be?

    What about for eternity?

Isn't THAT the question, rather than imaginings and myths that we are admonished to avoid for they are fruitless babblings, and/or "spinning stories"?

and more important at the moment, what about TODAY!
TODAY has enough troubles for itself....
TODAY, if someone hears HIS VOICE< let them NOT rebel as they did in the wilderness and perished !

No utopia is promised. Utopia is a humanistic, emotion/ feeling/ doctrine opposed to all Scripture.

Find out TODAY. Don't wait. Many will not make it to tomorrow.

I agree that the Earth will be where the kingdom will be. Zachariah 14 tells us this clearly.

I don't believe it will be a Utopia though. Zachariah 14 also tells us that those Nations that don't observe the feasts of God in that time will receive no rain for a full year, and if they are still rebellious towards God the next year and still won't obey Him and celebrate His feast of Tabernacles, that He'll destroy them. And there are scriptures that talk on the Nations revolting in those days.

I think that while Jesus will be here on Earth reigning, and those that were deemed worthy all have their new incorruptible immortal bodies, there will still be regular people that are still given the chance to repent and walk in truth and light. If they do, they will be taken out of the Nations and given eternal life. He still gives them a chance during the millennium reign before Satan is done away with forever, where it really would then be a Utopia.

Noticed going to look, the title of the thread is without Scriptural support,
the poll under the title is separate and doesn't include where most people will be finally,
and the 2nd post by the op promotes false teachings. (and throughout his posts also)
