Three Good Things!

1. Went to the gym today and worked out hard, even though I gained weight and was really discouraged.
2. Went shopping and bought only what I needed, a feat in itself!
3. Caught up with a friend on the bus
(and a 4, cause why not?) Talked to my landlord about moving into another apartment in the building.

1.My son got to play his game of AFL (after being washed out the last couple of weeks)
2.I got to have a nap this afternoon
3.Got to have a bit of a cruisy kind of day

Yesterday: 1. A good day at work 2. Got a nap 3. Talking to Kirk for several hours

Today: 1. Making breakfast for my Dad and giving him his presents 2. Found out I did well on my test in learning theory 3. Church

1: Got to listen to my music for more than 10 minutes without being disturbed.

2: I got a friend who helped me go through my panic attack.

3: I got to hear my uncle speak at church.

And 4: I had a good dinner at my grandparent's house.

1. I went to work even though I was the sickest I've been in like a year, got important stuff done before deadline.
2. 1/2 bosses really caring I was sick.
3. Got offered the apartment upstairs once it's renovated!

1. Justin started therapy for his behavioral problems
2. We went to a playdate where we didn't know anyone and I talked to two other mommies.
3. I got to work out and Jesse (hubby) went with me.

My dog is back from having surgery and is doing well, I am DONE with learning theory and I think I did well on my final, and I enjoyed talking to Kirk on the phone.

1. Recognised that freaking out feeling at the shops, before it really started and came home before I got bad. I am about to go back to the shop again now. It won't be quite so busy.

2.Got to have a rest this afternoon

3. Got to listen to our church message that I'd missed the other week, while sitting waiting for my daughter at tennis today.

Yesterday: 1. I didn't worry too much about work (it took some effort, but I managed to avoid spending the day feeling panicked) 2. My dog is still doing well after his surgery 3. Evidently Kirk has some sort of surprise for me that I will be finding out about in around 10 days

1. Got all my room cleaning, laundry and kitchen cleaning done before midday! (almost )
2. Rest of today to do whatever I want
3. Had a really tasty lunch at home

Yesterday: My computer is fixed, work was good, and I got my present from Kirk

Yesterday: Class was good/my teacher seems to like me, I got assigned into a group with someone I've had a lot of other classes with so I'm happy about that because he's a hard worker like me, and I enjoyed talking to Kirk for several hours on the phone/webcam.

1. Ladies Bible Study at Starbucks this morning. 2. Getting an A on my test. 3. My dog being adorable and extra snuggly after I gave him a bath.

This one is a good one to bump up!

1. My dad commented on my weight loss today

2. Got my car washed and the lawn mowwed

3. Received final confirmation that I'd been accepted into the 'Shyness' Program.

1. Went to church and really enjoyed chatting with people (no new people but just feeling comfortable talking with the familiar is a GOOD thing! )

2. Accepted an invitation to lunch next Saturday. but this is good

3. double Invited some friends for dinner on Friday night! I can't believe I did it but I did!

Now I just need to not stress out over them this week!

2. Dreaming about cycling across Rottnest Island on Wednesday.

Yesterday: Gave myself a break from schoolwork, enjoyed several hours of conversation with Kirk last night, got caught up on sleep.

Yesterday: I actually got a chance to work out, the Jags beat the Colts , and I was able to get a lot of homework done.

Yesterday:

Caught up with 2 friends that I haven't seen in absolute ages.

I had some time to make some cards

I wwent for a walk even though it was raining slightly, it was a nice change
