3. Made a new friend (shocking to even myself.)

1. Went to get petrol this morning and survived the stress symptoms of it. I mean that's quite a logical thing but I can't seem to convince my body of that!

2. Completed Lesson 2 in my Social Phobia program and will re read and go over the summary notes tonight. (Bringing up some tough stuff but is a good thing! )

3. Enjoyed some time watching more Battlestar Galactica. I am so addicted to that show!

Yesterday: 1. Seeing friends at the gym 2. Talking to Kirk while I was on my walk 3. Signed up to volunteer today

Yesterday: Got to work with some different children, hang out with a friend, and had a good strength training session

1. Didn't have the panic attack which was brewing.

2. Relaxed enough in church to actually enjoy being there at the end of it all.

3. Someone unexpected commented on how good I was looking.

Yesterday: Church, going out to dinner with my parents, and talking to Kirk

Monday: 1. Getting two hugs, lots of smiles, and even some talking from the kid who I had never seen smile or talk. 2. Getting random hugs and flowers from other kids in the class (once they see one kid hug you or pick you flowers all the rest want to, too, lol). 3. Watching Ironman (I came home and was too pooped to do much else).

Tuesday: 1. Five hours with Kirk 2. Getting my membership card to the new gym 3. Got my exam over with?

1. Had a coffee with my dad this morning

2. Enjoyed a rather peaceful and quiet kind of day

3. I'm going to go and snuggle up in bed a bit later and watch some telly.

Wednesday: Good workout, got some homework done, enjoyed talking to Kirk

Friday: Good work out, had fun playing with my i-tunes, had fun talking to Kirk for a few hours

Need to do this today, half the day was spent in the dolldrums Felt better after my walk

Good things...

1. Went for a good long walk on a beautiful sunny day.

2. Found some really good cheap sandals for my daughter.

3. Enjoyed a really healthy dinner, chicken, cous cous and salad.

Yesterday: had 6 of my rotation assignments completed (11 more to go), watched a movie and had fun with my family, enjoyed talking to Kirk last night (although I think I pretty much killed my throat thanks to that)

Yesterday ... 1. My mom got me icecream for my sore throat. 2. I got one assignment done. 3. I enjoyed talking to Kirk. I love him so much.
