• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

    If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

    If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. OH! I forgot something else about yesterday. I lost a dress size! Now I have gone down 3 dress sizes.
YAY congrats thats awesome!!!!

well its sunday and today
-was beautiful
-I cleaned my closet
-Making a nice dinner

Yesterday was quite a bad day so I didn't even want think about 3 good things BUT today

1. Back is 99% better than it was yesterday
2. Made a couple of cards today
3. I slept alot better last night than I did the night before

I had a friend drop in for coffee

I felt pretty good today

I got all my washing all folded before the kids went to bed! (a tremendous feat that one ;) )
WAY TO GO! now, can you do this again only at my house?

my canary, Bethoven, who sings beautiful songs to me
daugther practicing the piano for Sprng Recital
Sun shining on my face will drinking coffee strong enough to hold a spoon straight up

1. Got most stuff done before 8 this morning 'cos I had to be up extra early (although this is a habit I doubt I would like to keep :yawn:)

2. Made some Rock Cakes for the kids

3. Daughter had a good time in Sydney at the young leaders conference.

1.) My blood sugar went from 96 to goal range at 83 (AKA normal)
2.) I reduced my c-peptide from 4.2 (bad) to 3.0 (good, just back into the normal range)
3.) I reduced my testosterone from 74 to 69 (normal range for women is between 20-76)

All of this is due to exercising and changing my body composition :)

(And God. Thank you, God.) :prayer:
