Many people know they're gay before they have sex. Not based any sort of criteria except they feel attraction to the same sex. Both physical and emotional. Just as straight people feel feel both pysical and emotional attraction to the same sex. No different, regardless of what you want to think.

I have major issue when people think its ok to accuse people of confusing lust and love like this. Many people have experienced love in their lifetime, wether if from their siblings, parents, relatives, wives, husbands, girlfriends, boyfriends, etc.

Love, as I understand, means you care about someone so much you would sacrifice for them. You want to see them happy and healthy. How can a person confuse that with just wanting to jump someone's bones?


Why do many gay/lesbians couples stay in faithful relationships then? Because they love each other and they have made sacrifices-having to deal with people like you.

Let put it another way. Unless you have sex with someone of the same sex, according to the Bible, you are dealing with temptation but you are no homosexual because no sex has been involved. It has been the rationalizations of the last 30 years or so (perhaps even a bit longer) that has attempted to put everyone at the same level and use such as an excuse to say "OH WELL, so be it." GOD will send you the correct spouse if you allow GOD to do so. It will never happen as long as you are out looking for yourself and trying to feel your needs yourself.
