Clunker, if you have any real estate offices nearby, let them know your qualifications. There are never enough people to take care of inspection repairs necessary in real estate transactions.

Insurance agents as well. My dad, who is long retired, was recruited by a friend of his to do home instections for an insurance agent. My dad is a carpenter/mason/electrician/plumber/etc. by trade. He built every house he and my mother ever lived in since they were married. And at 77 years old, could still do it!

Ok....I'm sitting here in our shop, out in the country...just me and my beagle. As I look out the window.....there is a major snow storm happening out there.
I'll probably get stranded out here...with the only edible thing I brought today, DOG FOOD! I forgot my lunch at home.

I thought most of the snow would have melted by now, but I guess it's not warming up enough yet. Right now it's just raining on top of the snow for us.

My poor niece. She was hoping to go to the park today! We're stuck inside watching tv and going over her books.
