Is your group in fellowship with WELS? I'd love it if someone would take on Trinity County. There's a complete dearth of denominations with decent doctrine and theology in our county. There are even two church campuses that might be available right here in Lewiston. One's for sale, and the other has a dying congregation that might be open to sharing the facility. We could really use the help here.

Yesterday we heard one of our pastors speak to the issue of intentional men’s ministry to lead to long term growth. Superb presentation. He began a congregation with five people in 1992, now worshipping 400, and he has planted five other daughter congregations ranging in attendance from 250-400 each, and he supervises 17 pastors in his area. And he is advisor and supervisor to a denomination in Ecuador. He also teaches some of our seminary courses.

He should write a book. I'd love to learn how to do that.

Oh, pity... I can't seem to get our Pastor even faintly interested in any kind of mission project in Trinity county. In fact, no one seems to be interested... So... we drive to Redding.

Zec, it seems I was only popping in...LOL I'm still fighting with the resin in this watch and every time I try to google cleaning out resin, I get redirected to pot sites. *sigh*

I'm currently going off my fibromyalgia medications so I'm in a world of hurt BUT I should be seeing some non-medicated relief next Thursday as I see a chiropractor who specializes in fibromyalgia AND has been invited to all sorts of MD conventions to speak about his sucesses. I'm looking forward to it and HOPE there's a wee miracle in there for me. LOL

Well, missed Church today because our oldest doe decided today was the day. At 9:00 am she delivered the first of two little doelings. The second came forty-five minutes or so later. I had to milk her so that the kids would have something to eat, as she won't let them nurse. So, it looks like I'll be stuck around here for a few days... maybe weeks. Here's a look:
