Fresno State has been trying to find homes for two Hackney mares (horses). Since I live in the boonies out here and have forty acres of playspace, I went down to see what they look like. Beautiful girls they were! The Professor in charge of the Equine unit was very enthuastic about my taking them. Not sure if she liked me or weather they are that desparate to get rid of them, LOL! All the same, I might bring them home if things work out in the next month or so. It would be a great blessing if the Lord was so kind as to let Horses back in my life. I've missed them terribly.

Anyway, here's some pics of the girls:

This is Bon Sejour's Riverdance. She's around sixteen two or so in height. For those of you who aren't horse people that's about sixty eight inches to her back at the base of her neck. This big girl loves to eat, and is pleasingly plump. Okay, okay... she's fat, realllly fat (LOL)! All the same, she has a really nice personality and loves attention.

This is Greenmeadows Condessa and she's an immigrant from Brazil. Condessa has a sweet, if a bit standoffish, personality. Willing to listen and will cooperate though her enthuasim is somewhat lacking.

Frankly, since the price is free, I think they're both Gorgeous! Now... where the devil do I put them? That and how in Heaven's name do I get them home? Gotta call some friends...

So um...Hi everyone!

I'm stuck at my desk today cleaning up the mess another "jeweler" made of a customer's watch. They used RESIN to link the stretchy bands to the watch face. *sigh* Resin is mighty hard to get rid of when you want to change the bands or one of the bands breaks.

So I'm hanging out scraping resin from this watch and thought I'd come see how my CF buddies are doing. It's been a long time, hasn't it?

Hi Strawberry! Yeah, gorgeous Girlies gathering home! All I need is a house for 'em. Then again, I just spent a weekend at the Carman Ranch in Grass Valley (PSSRC) and came home with all kind of evil plans for George's place. I need to do a bit of tractor work on the back forty... so why not a driven Dressage court? Gotta have a place to play with the ponies!

Tuesday evening I was installed as pastor of this congregation in California. It was also the opening session for the West Region Conference. Ten pastors and one vicar participated.

Yesterday we heard one of our pastors speak to the issue of intentional men&#8217;s ministry to lead to long term growth. Superb presentation. He began a congregation with five people in 1992, now worshipping 400, and he has planted five other daughter congregations ranging in attendance from 250-400 each, and he supervises 17 pastors in his area. And he is advisor and supervisor to a denomination in Ecuador. He also teaches some of our seminary courses.

We finally have moved into the house to the point where would could entertain church leaders and spouses last night. My wife has been working so hard for this. Evening turned out well.

I teach two sessions this morning.

Umm color me confused here. . . since when does a professional pastor (who is not a district president) supervise another professional pastor who is in charge of a completly seperate congregation?? Even if it is a daughter congregation?
