Ooooh... live stream. I thought for a moment it was Live Steam and got all excited: "Oh boy! Choo, choo!!" LOL!

Well, that's out with my dial-up. Make sure there's a few stills for those of us still residing here in Bedrock.;)

You know, you are going to have to live stream the wedding so your CF family can attend :D

Great idea! :) This is just so exciting! Details please!

We are going to start moving on August 12th. We will work at it over a few days, as it's just 4 miles down the road. Now to pack......

Some of you may have been following the difficult medical situation of our soldier friend. His surgery was a success yesterday! The doctors did not even know if he would make it through the removal of the tumor that was attached to the main artery of his brain. Well - the surgery went well, and the tumor is benign! God, in His mercy has spared this young man.

I started packing for our move today. I wish moving wasn't such a pain. But it sure will be nice when we get there.

My heart goes out to you. Moving (our 28th) was a challenge. And even short distances can be draining. BTW, our move was 1,782 miles longer than yours. :D

Blessings on your move and especially with your fibro. My wife did surprisingly well, even crawling into the cab of the truck four straight days (multiple times each day), plus 10-12 hours each day of riding in the truck.

Working on my Camp NaNoWriMo novel (started a bit late).

underland2.jpg

Synopsis:
"Drink me" is more than just a suggestion. For the people of Underland, it's how they've separated themselves from the world of Overland. One day, a girl, the juice-maker's daughter, full of dreams, decides to stop drinking the S.M. Allteron juice (bottled as DrinkME).

Excerpt:
Hortensia Allerton awoke with a start. It was unusual for her to be dreaming. She hardly ever dreamt. When she did, it was normally of her home in Underland. She quite often dreamt of her family and exploring the rabbit holes where her father’s wines were produced and stored. Quite often these dreams left her feeling fresh and alert. This one worried her. She wasn’t with her family at all. In fact, it was a different family altogether. She shrugged it off and got out of bed. The home where she lived was quite grand, with impossibly high ceilings, plastered walls, and elegant paintings all hung helter-skelter. It was perfectly ordered chaos to which any mad person would be very content with. Dutifully, a cricket would come waltzing by to say good mornings, and good tensies, and so on and so forth. Typically Mister Gryll would watch the door for her and would be the one to announce the waking hours. Hortensia went to the armoire in her room and opened it, gazing intently inside.

Rabbit Holes? Are these little people perhaps?

Butterflies. I love butterflies and it's been my goal to increase their numbers here along with bees. Both have been on the decline in Britain in recent years (everyone is in love with non-blooming hedges...don't get me started) so most of what we plant in our garden is meant to attract one or the other, if not both. They manage to come in the windows now and then, but I've never had one speak to me. ;)

Porter, is it as bad over there as the papers are saying? I know they have a way of blowing things way out of proportion. For instance, the headline is, "Brittan Burns, Riots Spread Through United Kingdom!" Sometimes I wonder about AP...

Yeah, I know what it's like having inspiration for a story like that, Aibrean. One night I had a very detailed dream about a story and sat down upon waking to type it up. Took me eighteen hours working at it to complete the story. Trouble is, half way through, I was beginning to forget details. Ah well, likely no one else will ever read it anyway, so it doesn't really matter.

Talking butterflys huh? That's what you get for eating spicy food and Ice Cream before bed.:p^_^ Reminds me of that Compass-something-or-other story a few years ago.
