Why are these maps exciting?
The maps created from IBEX's data provide a new way to look at our home in the galaxy—using particles instead of light. The IBEX results are truly remarkable! What we are seeing in these maps does not match with any of the previous theoretical models of this region. It will be exciting for scientists to review these maps and revise the way we understand our heliosphere and how it interacts with the galaxy. Different conditions can create ENAs, so the scientists' job now is to make new models based on these maps. They will provide a much better picture of how we are affected by our region of the Milky Way galaxy.

That was almost 9 years ago. It is likely that those new models exist. This is a thing called scientific progress .

Actually galaxy rotation curves flatten out far from the center of galaxies (not flat overall and rarely actually flat). Debye length of ~10 meters in the interstellar medium makes this into a delusion.

Plasma in space experiment (English subtitles) is a 2012 plasma experiment in space with no mention of flat rotation curves. There is the interesting plasma science that their dusty plasmas formed crystal-like lattices. The big surprise was the formation of a void during the experiment. Gravity "squeezes the crystals flat" which is why the experiment was done in space.
There is "Vortices in the plasma resemble a galaxy" and the narrator stating it can be used to study the formation of real galaxies. Then "Geneticists are also interested in the results" because a DNA-like shape appears. Are we going to see a plasma formation of DNA fantasy from Justatruthseeker ?

The computer simulation and theoretical papers start with ignorance about the structure of spiral galaxies (they are not empty between the arms as his computer simulation predicts). The simulation treats plasma as massless. Things get worse., e.g. a later Peratt paper has an equation that with typical values gives a 10,000,000 greater contribution by gravity than EM!

If they can't get things right, at the edge of the solar system, what makes you think they have it right billions of light years away????????

Scientific models are always open to revision and refinement as new data are discovered. If you have a consistent model that predicted those data prior to their observation (and matches all other existing observations), you should submit it to the relevant authorities.

The bet you proposed was, "I bet you never stopped to consider that those suppositions may simply be artifacts of using the wrong physics for the wrong state of matter..." I did stop to consider that, and was persuaded otherwise. If you want to change the bet, it's polite to say so before claiming spurious victory; people might think you were cheating

It doesn't matter whether plasma acts collectively or not because it's not dark.
