I'm not sure how far that's come now, and drone attacks or similar are all things they would need to be prepared for if a foreign or committed domestic group made a move; modern day protection requires modern day tech. Not all wolves are lone wolves or unstable wolves, some of them run in packs.

I really don’t see what that has to do with my point. I have several times acknowledged that they had other interests. The fact remains that the Secret Service is charged with protecting high profile individuals and counterfeit , and financial crimes should take a back seat to the lives of protectees. The Secret Service has failed in their mission and adherence to their own procedures. It is upper level management that needs to be held accountable and I do mean the very top. Many rank and file agents have turned whistleblower and they are screaming for help. Now even Democrat Senator Blumenthal is outraged at the stonewalling by the Secret Service.

Do you really need for me to explain how they failed miserably to do their job? Trump is alive due no great planning on the part of Secret Service leadership. Yes I believe you missed a lot of facts about this huge scandal.

They didn't. Their advance scout working a few holes ahead of the ex-president spotted the possible threat and dealt with it. Is this any different to when some crazed young man from St. Louis crashed a rental truck into the White House fence a year or so ago? A potential threat was thwarted well before any danger to the protectee.

After he had laid in wait for up 12 hours? He should have been found much earlier had the perimeter been swept before Trump even hit the course. For sure this was a much better outcome than Butler PA. Your blind eye to the mistakes made here is quite amazing.
