when people dispute gravity, there not disputing this clearly observable fact. they are disputing that this effect has anything to do with the sun, earth and the masses or distances involved (the actual theory of gravity).

for example, if the theory of gravity were true, weights of objects would change between day and night as the force from the sun grew stronger and weaker (due to distance from the sun). fairly accurate instruments have proved (and can prove, if you are interested) that this is not the case. if gravity were a theory, its just been disproved. if its not disproved, its more a religion than a scientific theory.

Mathematic modeling doesn't adequately replace observation.
So may we then ask is every theory that contains math or sophisticated information true just because you think you understand it?

You mistake the fact that objects fall down, unless in a medium that they are less dense than... with some mathematician that tries to explain it on paper but cannot prove that their "theory" is based on fact or reality.

If you were able to comprehend written words of others.... You would realize that I am not a believer in the Flat earth... There are things that I still question.

Is a person, searching for Christ, but not yet saved, not yet prayed for salvation, considered a Christian? Of course not.

Would you present them as being one for agreeing with much of the biblical knowledge, even though they had not fully committed?

Again, of course not.

If you can present me a "fact" of your own... not some regurgitated NASA based drivel that can be used to back both models... then do so.

I have my own points that I am working through. However, as of yet... neither model has smoking gun proof..

So, if you don't like it... Present something that stands...

I'm sick and tired of people thinking that it is either white.. or black.... In every issue there should be room for all the stages of grey in between.

Just like the person that is not totally convinced to become a Christian...
