  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Does anyone else have any experience with these "wonderful" guys?? hehe

My daughter went through a phase where she loved them, went off for a few months...now she's back on!! I think because now she can sing & dance/do the motions like they do....

Of course the songs, etc, tend to get somewhat repetitive after awhile, but to be honest....if you dance along with a 1/2 hour video, it's good bonding time with your little one PLUS it's a GREAT workout!! (doing jumping jacks)

If it's not the Wiggles, what characters/shows are your little ones in to? Andie also loves Dora, Blue, Maisy, Sesame Street, and Mr. Rogers.

Just curious!! :)

lol, thank God for Elmo! =) Brea and I were at walmart the other day, and as we were walking past the shoes, I grabbed some Elmo slippers and held them up for her to see. She enjoyed them SO much, I ended up making a fool out of myself making Elmo dance around the isle...oh, what parents will do to hear their children laugh!

My son loves Arthur of all things.
I like Arthur. It's one of the few shows that I actually enjoy watching with my kids. There's this sound that the show uses whenever someone thinks back or imagines the outcome of a decision, I'd like to have a recording of that to use in my day to day life.

My 3 year old LOVES Peep and the Big Wide World...it comes on TLC around 7 in the morning. It's a cute show.

Also, she loves Dora and Blue...she likes Lazytown SOMETIMES, but the mood has to hit her right. She likes the Backyardigans, especially when they sing. She loves Rugrats and Spongebob.

Dragontales has to be her favorite show EVER. She waits all day long just to see it. Lucky for me it comes on the same time as Dr. Phil (I LOVE him!!), so I get a bit of a break. Clifford comes on the second half of Dr. Phil and she likes that a lot, too...except for the Puppy Years. She likes the big giant grown up Clifford. :)

She also likes House of Mouse and Kim Possible.

We're Veggie Tales fans in this house. Our almost 3 year old absolutely loves them! We're really happy she likes them as they are God centered and teach good values too. Our daughter also likes Clifford and Between the Lions that come on PBS Kids.
