  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

What channel is Peep on??? I haven't seen it! But from the RAVE reviews (hehehe) I'd like to take a look at it....for my daughter, I mean!! :)
It comes on TLC (the learning channel) early in the morning...7AM here. It's part of Ready, Set, Learn! (the TLC version of Playhouse Disney or Nick Jr). Looks like it also comes on the Discovery Kids channel, but we don't get that channel here.

It's so cute. Very simply drawn...sweet, funny characters. Peep is a little chick and he has adventures with his best friends Quack the duck and Chirp the bird. It's narrated by Joan Cusack. Quack is my favorite! He's so funny!

Here's a link that I found : http://www.peepandthebigwideworld.com/about/

And greenessa, guess what?? Here's the link to the show's intro complete with theme song!!! Check it out, it's so cute! And it's such a great wake-up-in-the-morning song!

I prefer the Wiggles to a few shows that are on for children. A. they are Australian, and B. They talk English unlike a few shows that I won't mention but I refuse to let my 3 yo watch.

My son isn't really keen on the Wiggles.

His favourites are Hi-5, Bear in the Big Blue House, Bob the Builder, and too many to mention. He also likes Winnie the Pooh, which I think is cute.
