(mentioned both LBMB and RR in one post -- is that a bannable offense? )
Not unless you adopt their techniques. ;)

Ah, yes......Shema, Sierra, and Sanctified4. The Church of the Triple S. Their mission statement was to discredit Catholicism by any means available. :D

*Tsk, Tsk, Tsk*

Br. Max... didn't you know that anybody that's not a fundy is either a papist or a liberal???

I have to say that I differentiate between a thinking fundamentalist and those who check their brains at the door. Groups such as the Westboro Baptists and their leader Fred Phelps and their "god hates ****" campaign or lets see . . . any group that would insist that the King James Bible alone is a valid bible . . . theat kind of non-thinking doctrine. I call them fundies because they are ALWAYS unrepentant and self-righteous in what they believe. I had a conversation with a person once (and sklipp can verify) he was convinced that at the moment he became "born again" he became perfect!!??

ANYHOW, sklipp is correct I did not mean any harm by it. If it is offensive I will not use the term.

That would be the JiL board. Then after banning all Catholics, there was a dispute and Shema started her Messianic board. After her son died, it was pretty silent and is now closed. Shema and Sierra have shown up on Steve Haw's Examining Protestantism a time or two.

So every one moves around, but most are still on the net.

That type of belief is more common than you think. Many protestant Christians believe that since they are "saved", their souls are sinless and perfect in the eyes of God.

humble: I interact with the local ministrium and we have a great Christian diviersty locally and none of them has ever come out in favor of that mistaken notion . . . maybe we have too many mainline denoms locally - I mean for petes sake we have 6 RCC here in one small town! Each ethnic group had their own church.

Well, believe it or not, that is the position of a lot of Christians where I live. They believe that although they sin in the body, their souls are perfect and blameless in the eyes of God.
