Skeptic, I understand where you are coming from,the first Catholic chat room i started out in has now become full of bashers and Bible thumpers.

Also, I had to deal with the "holier than thou"Catholics,and the wanna bee priests and religious. The kind that the more they talk the dumber they sound. Most of it is done for attention I noticed. And they sure made one feel like an idiot at  times and one of the biggest sinners on the face of the earth.....but , they forgot , we all are sinners,none are perfect on earth.

 I have been here for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love it here. This is the most wonderful place I have ever experienced, no bashing, no name calling,no fighting(sometimes a little passioned discussion),but all in all, I can't wait to come here.

So, enjoy your visit or stay,but I love it here,it is a truly wonderful place to be and the people are great.

I have a really bad temper, but I am usually able to keep a lid on it. I really try not to be led around by the nose, but bad manners and just plain meaness really sets me off.

Thanks, Angel. I hope I will not need it anytime soon. I am really ashamed that I let things get under my skin, but like I said, deliberate rudeness absolutely infuriates me. And when someone takes 'courtesy' to the point of parody...well, to use a Southern phrase...it just flew all over me. But I have no excuse. It was in my power to step back and not respond at all, and I chose to not to. Mea culpa.

I hope you guys can forgive me, and not think me too large a hipocrite. Especially after I recently told someone else that they should recognize troll bait when they see it. :o

Sometimes it's hard not to respond to stuff...whether it's troll bait or not. I've had that problem myself. I've said, "I will not respond to a certain kind of post." So I see this kind of post and what do I do? I respond. LOL!
