A what ??
V, regarding the aliens with epic 80s hair successfully invading Earth, right?
You got it, buddy! I was a huge fan of that when I was about 9 years old. Awesome mini series created by Kenneth Johnson whom I've corresponded with for years!
You know you're a nerd if you remember this....

So I just purchased the original miniseries through iTunes. I have to say Diana was hot, except in the scene where shegulped down a hamster.![]()
So I watched a long movie on my phone last night up in our bedroom, thinking I was on wifi, and found out this morning that our data went from about 90% - with 15 days to go!! Apparently our bedroom is on the edge of our wireless connection...even though it should've been covered still...we have a fairly small house. Verizon internet has been horrible recently though...keeps going in and out, and is insanely slow. Calling Comcast tomorrow so we can switch...
We've been planning to switch for awhile, but my husband prefers for us to call instead of switching via their website. Problem is getting the time to call! I seriously want to have faster internet though. It's kind of pathetic that I - an IT specialist / web developer- have horrible internet, lol. Especially when it rains...Xfinity is LIGHTNING FAST in my area. Way, way, way faster than U-Verse or any of the others. If you research it online and with consumer reports, etc. they're the fastest it gets.

Glad to hear of good experiences with Xfinity! Any thoughts on the Xfinity tv service?
Sounds great! I'm excited to finally switch over! I'll check out the home security as well...since we're living in town in an old historic home, our home security isn't great right now.We have Xfinity for TV, home security, and internet. Their TV is AMAZING! It's far better than Direct or U-Verse or Dish. The HD is off the hook, DVR is sweet, I'm overall impressed as heck. We took advantage of a really nice promotion this year. TV, home security, and internet per month--$210. In California that's practically free LOL
