OK then, so what day is it?

I also believe Jesus clarified many things including this. God doesn't need rest, but he rested from creation. Jesus says it was made for man. God, in my considered and prayer opinion intended us to take one day a week to rest from our normal toils and look to Him and all He did for us, His creation. It's not a day of the week, but a day for us to reflect and give thanks. It's great if we can all do that together, but we live in the world governed more and more by secular influences. We must keep the intent of the law, but the rule of law itself is not enforced.

He didn't say pick a day...He said the 7th day is the Sabbath

Even more, Yahweh, the Sovereign Almighty Creator of Everything
sanctified the 7th day and made it holy. (The first week anything created existed, He the One Who Created All Things and All Life did this)

Remember, this can never change - it is truth forever.

He didn't say pick a day...He said the 7th day is the Sabbath

OK then, so what day is it?

The first day of the first month of the new year begins at the new moon after the spring equinox (when the barley begins to turn green). This "year," that would be "Monday" at sundown. That makes the Sabbath "Sunday" at sundown. Exodus 12, Deuteronomy 16.

You may not know the historical reason, and consequentially the temporal reason why God instilled a Sabbath even before He instructed Moses to give the ten commandments. The Hebrews were slaves every single day - no rest. The Most High God is the Most High God, and so if He chooses to take on people for Himself, if they are His images they need to be His images. That means the Hebrews needed to at least one day out of the week (you can rest and commune with Him for more than one day,) but at the very least, if He took one day off from His rest, and we are His people, then of course we are commanded to take one day off - the seventh - as images of the Most High God.

The Law of the Most High God will never go away - because it is universal and founded. The Word of God is a Living One who most know as the Son of Man who defeated sin, death, hell - and made a Way for us. The Most High God would never dismiss, void or set aside His Law because The Word of God Himself contains the Law: that would be saying the Most High God is making His Son void, and set aside - since He is the Word of God, and the Truth, and the Law.

Name one place where the Most High God, or the Word of God ever said that the Law was void, set aside for specific people, or inert. Not humans; where did the Authority on the Law say the aforementioned?

By the way, as far as the Sabbath goes, that is LITERALLY between you and your Father. He will instruct you on how to commune with Him on that holyday.

Do not get tied up in the mechanics of the Sabbath (day, etc.;) that will come later. That you would actually want to follow the Sabbath is what matters.

Should we then stone those that are not abiding by the Sabbath as well?

That’s what you’re suppose to do, lawfully.
Whichever of us is without sin ...

Jesus taught us the Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. The Jews accused Jesus of healing and harvesting on the Sabbath. Both were contrary to their law. Jesus came as a light to show us mercy and truth, not as one to enforce the death penalty on people doing normal activities on the Sabbath. The law of Moses required stoning someone who picked up sticks on the Sabbath (Numbers 15:32-36). We Christians may kindle a fire on the Sabbath, split firewood, stack firewood, etc. We are not Israeli born Orthodox Jews. Most of us are not circumcised like Jews and Muslims. Our Constitution provides for freedom of religion. If the Eastern Orthodox want to rest on Saturday the seventh day of the week, who is to complain? I may rest or work on Saturday.

Mark 2 (WEB) 23 It happened that he was going on the Sabbath day through the grain fields, and his disciples began, as they went, to pluck the ears of grain. 24 The Pharisees said to him, "Behold, why do they do that which is not lawful on the Sabbath day?" 25 He said to them, "Did you never read what David did, when he had need, and was hungry—he, and those who were with him? 26 How he entered into the house of God when Abiathar was high priest, and ate the show bread, which is not lawful to eat except for the priests, and gave also to those who were with him?" 27 He said to them, "The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. 28 Therefore the Son of Man is lord even of the Sabbath."

The Sabbath and Marriage was instituted at Creation. Um, Yeshua was a Jew...
There is NO prohibition on healing or eating on Shabbat...

The tabernacle was a required part of the old covenant. the tabernacle was instituted when the old covenant was instituted.

There was no Temple when the Sabbath was instituted at Creation...

no one was commanded to rest on the sabbath and keep it holy prior to moses and the Israelites in the desert (old covenant)

After suffering a defeat from an opposing army during the Sabbath, the Jews decided acts of war must be legal during the Sabbath or they would be wiped out. The Israeli army is on stand-by 24-7.

If acts of war are legal, should acts of rescue and deliverance be legal on the Sabbath/Shabaht?

That doesn't say that adam remembered the sabbath and kept it as a holy day.

Then you do not understand what He said...Man (Adam) was created on the 6th day.

A subjective argument. I could say the same about you. How about instead, produce scripture that states Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, or Joseph remembered the sabbath day by keeping it holy. Is there any scripture that states anyone prior to moses and the israelites kept the sabbath day?

That’s what you’re suppose to do, lawfully.

The Word of God Himself gave us a directive of this Law (as He did with sacrifices, or we should have the common sense to know):

He who is without sin cast the first stone.
There is only one Human qualified to execute judgment; we don't even understand how to apply mercy before we execute justice, and we are terribly carnal (even if we had wisdom vis a vis David, Solomon, Moses, etc.)

The Law is still in effect, but you, me and the rest of humanity save One is unqualified to execute the penalties of breaking that law - especially since we [have] sin[ned]. But, make no mistake we will all be judged according to the Law of the Most High God.

That is why it is so dangerous to think 1) it passed away, and/or 2) it is void and/or no longer operable for [certain] people. We are all going to be judged by that Law; it would be the definition of ignorance to toss it aside, or consider it voided.
