It really doesn't matter, why define noon as the sun over some point in England? For America to make daylight savings time permanent. The Sunshine Protection Act passed in the senate. Now it heads to the House of Representatives. The bill is a bipartisan one that many Americans will surely support. I think it is essential to accentuate the positives we see in our government institutions. They actually worked together in the interests of American citizens. I would shout from my rooftop but my neighbors are too far away to hear. The time has come pun came from the article.
Here comes the sun: Senate agrees on permanent Daylight Saving Time
But that said, why are we messing with it? it only creates confusion and anybody affected can find their own solutions. It is not worth the inconvenience created.
