Flood Stories from Around the World
Index by Region
You get the picture....
Basically it comes down to this - who was the author and how reliable were they in keeping the story.
The book of Genesis maintained in the Bible is a literal story - and it is believed because Moses - who literally spoke to God - was the author.
Anything else - was written by an unknown that BACKS UP the Bible - not takes away from it. The problem with the narrative of the other ones is - reliability of the author - and hearsay which likely led to bits and parts being changed.
As i said - the book of Genesis was written by a known prophet - Moses.
Peace out.
