What do you tell a man who has asked you out to dinner, and may have received the wrong idea somehow, and you never gave him reason either, but you only want your friendship to be completely platonic???

I guess the answer would be a) not to accept any more outings with him and give no reason (lame, but works) or b) be up front with him next time he asks you out... not on the date, before the date. If you want to be his friend, you should be honest. If you just want to get rid of him, quit answering the phone. Harsh, but you know... and in the future, always consider that he might be asking you out romantically before you accept... but I know the feeling!

My taste is varied. Generally speaking I like rock (Led Zeppelin, U2, Third Day, Guess Who, Tom Cocherane, CCR, Newsboys), but also enjoy a bit of country (Tim Mcgraw, Steve Earle), "adult contemporary" (Chantal Kreviazuk, Jann Arden), celtic rock/pop (Spirit of the West / Patirica Murray), classical (Braveheart, LOTR, Star Wars soundtracks), and reggae (Bob Marley).

Right now my fave is Patricia Murray.

TO MEEK ONE - just tell him. I know it's hard, but letting someone down "easy" is a myth. Just tell him you are flattered but not interested. You could always pull, "I have a boyfriend", but that's kinda lame.

I guess this is kind of weird, but if I could, I'd choose "money then love". I'd like to get the whole worries of money out of the way... so many couples seem to end up hating each other over it. But it might be fun to build together as well. If I had to choice love or money, LOVE! I've lived without money, but never without LOVE!!!!
