The fact that your heart keeps beating without any conscious effort is a miracle. The fact that your bowels remove waste from your body without any consciousness of the process leading to it is a miracle. That fact that your ears can detect distance and location without any conscious effort is a miracle.
The fact that you can reason .... sometimes without any conscious effort.... denies all I said.
the point is that we can compare between them in some points.
why not? if according to evolution a self replicating molecule can add a complexity over time why not a car?
Yes... Only in relation to the physical body.
Its the human soul that was created in the Image of God... Not, the body. Animal souls are generic in regards to God.
The body is only a biological machine that was designed to make the expression of the soul physically visible, and for mobility while we yet live in a physical world in time and space.
"'A wicked and adulterous generation demands a sign, but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah.' Then He left them and went away."Provide links please! What confirmed miracles have there been? Back up your claims!
Because cars are comprised strictly of inorganic material so that there are no reproductive processes occurring in any of the molecules they're made of. With living (biological) organisms there are reproductive processes at work which can allow for genetic modifications.why not? if according to evolution a self replicating molecule can add a complexity over time why not a car?
It's actually by "grace" that we do know what we worship, and that is where the "faith" comes from, from grace.Nope, its faith. Look it up.
I did not ask what you believe now. It was a hypothetical question.
I asked.... What would you think of Jesus if you discovered He invented DNA and its functions?
With you teaching? I have already done so otherwise.
It's actually by "grace" that we do know what we worship, and that is where the "faith" comes from, from grace.
Are you leaving us and going away?"'A wicked and adulterous generation demands a sign, but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah.' Then He left them and went away."
This is your belief. The evidence says that, if He exists, he took no part in the evolution of fennel, falcon or fundamentalists, other than setting up the ground rules.Yet still. The Lord invented those biological mechanisms that would cause those digestive repercussions.... He created spices. Fennel did not evolve into curry. Thyme did not evolve into oregano.
Its still faith. Metaphysics is by their nature unknowable.
Ironically... you said what you said. And, believe it is so. By faith.
The person without the spirit (only consisting of body and soul) can not
accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them
foolishness (Greek= root word moros = moronic), and cannot understand
them because they are discerned only through the Spirit." 1 Cor 2:14
You are not a new thing to believers. We know what the problem is.
Perhaps, but not for me. We can exchange pithy remarks all year. It won't alter the abundance of evidence for a natural world, nor the near total dependence of Christian belief upon faith. I have nothing against faith. It seems to serve Hindus, Pagans, Marxists, Jews, Muslims and Christians well, but it is not for me.For some, the worst troll is the truth.
No, its not by faith. Thats how it is, a basic knowledge in theology and/or philosophy would inform you in the matter.
