Denying what the Bible says means that you are wrong.

And keeping them wont save you.
Unbelievers keep them all the time.

Unbelievers don't keep them. If someone is keeping them, then they are a believer, but if someone is not keeping them, then they are an unbeliever. In Matthew 23:23, Jesus said that faith is on of the weightier matters of the law. In Romans 3:31, our faith upholds God's law. In Romans 1:5, we have received grace in order to bring about the obedience of faith. In James 2:18, he would show his faith by his works. In Hebrews 11, every example of faith is an example of someone living in obedience to God. In Hebrews 3:17-18, it equated unbelief with disobedience. In Numbers 5:6, disobedience is referred to as breaking faith. There are many more verses that I could cite that connect our belief in God with our obedience to Him or that connect our unbelief with our disobedience to Him, and there is no verse connects someone who refuses to obey God with being a believer. In Hebrew 5:9, Jesus has become a source of eternal salvation for those who obey him, so it is refusing to obey God's law which is what won't save us.

Here is what the law does for you.

1.) It defines you as a sinnner

2.) its shows you that you are a lost, fallen, hell bound, separated from God, and need Salvation.

Galatians 3:24-26

If after a person is Born again, they run back to MOSES's Law, to try to establish themselves as SELF righteous before God, then Paul says you are "Fallen from Grace"
"bewitched"
"in the flesh"
"no longer obeying the Truth".

JUDE says you are committing "the ERROR of Cain".

Yeah ... people include the 10 in with mosaic law (as carried out in the earthly sanctuary) and that simply is not the case.

That is why the temple was destroyed .... it had become corrupt.

The gospel was preached to the Jews until the destruction of the earthly temple ..... the patience of God

Yeah .... many people combine/conflate the 10 with the with the laws and ordinances of the sanctuary system .... when it is clear they are not.
The sanctuary system was pointing to Jesus as the final sacrifice for all ..... for all time ..... He ministers from the sanctuary in heaven (the real one) .... He is our high priest and no need for earthly sanctuaries with a priest.

That system became corrupt and was eventually destroyed .... God's patience ..... the "last straw" .... was the stoning of Stephen.

Of course there is law ..... judgement requires it .... that's why we have Jesus .... He paid our debt (the wages of sin is death) .... we are to guard against racking up more debt. As Paul says .... we die daily ..... constantly battling sin (transgression of the law) ... battles won .... battles lost .... nice to know the war has been won ...... can't wait until He returns and ends this mess for eternity! AMEN! Thank you Jesus!!!!

1.) We know that we can't please God by works, law, or commandment keeping. So, all of that is not discipleship.

Paul said. "as many as be PERFECT",.. "the fullness of the Stature of Christ".
See that? That is referring to "the mind of Christ", and "walking in the Spirit". IN other words, that is SPIRITUAL.
That is where real faith and real discipleship exists.

2.) "Spiritual" is not self effort of any kind. So, "keeping" stuff, like law and commandments is not Spiritual, its self effort.
Self effort is not discipleship, ... as this is that "present your body a living sacrifice""" stuff.... and that is not Faith, that is Works.

Notice this now....

"Without Faith, its impossible to please God".

And what is that FAITH ?

That is SPIRITUAL understanding that = is to "come to the knowledge of the Truth" and go right on into revelation knowledge.

"They eyes of your understanding" being OPENED = Enlightened", is to have received LIGHT.

READER, the scriptures are not given to read, they are given to STUDY...= "study to show yourself approved unto God".
Why?
Because when you study, you meditate on the word and then God gives you revelation., = that is "discerning the word" Spiritually.
The eyes of your understanding being OPENED.
See that?
That is not reading the scriptures like they are a DICTIONARY.
And if you are only religious and water baptized, then God wont be giving you any revelation knowledge of His Word.
Believe it.

3.) Now, let me show you why law and commandment keeping obsession is not God's Salvation understood correctly.

Its very simple.

IN Heaven, there is no Law, no Moses Law, no commandment keeping, and no self effort to be good.

Why? Because Heaven is a Spiritual Kingdom, first, and a Literal kingdom , 2nd.

Christ said that the KOG, is "within you"..... not outside somewhere... but "IN YOU">. Luke 17:21
And why does He say that? Its because Christ and GOD are the Kingdom.....ITs a Spiritual Kingdom of LIGHT.
The born again are the "temple of the Holy Spirit". = The KOG is in them.
"Christ in YOU">.. = The KOG in you. and being "in Christ" is the Born again, in the KOG.

1.) God exists IN LIGHT
2.) Jesus is the LIGHT of the World
3.) The Born again are CHILDREN OF THE LIGHT.
4.) The born again, exist "under Grace"......not under the law.
Why?
Because GRACE is the Law of the KOG, and the born again are "translated from DARKNESS .....TO LIGHT....into this GRACE.

The born again, exit THERE, and there is no Law there.... = "not under the law but under GRACE"
"Christ is the END OF THE LAW....for righteousness" = if you are born again.
There is no Moses Law or 10 Commandments or any of this, in Heaven.
ZERO.
There is no NEED for them.
See, the law is for the unlawful, and commandments are for instruction, and none of this is needed in Heaven.
Does God and Christ need to be told about the Law and Commandments?
Not quite.

See, the law and commandments are not faith based, and Christianity is only faith based.
The Walk of Faith is not the walk of law and commandment keeping, as that is SELF EFFORT, ... its works, and works are not spiritual.
Whereas CHRISTianity , is ONLY Spiritual.

"""God is A Spirit"".
Being In CHRIST, seated in heavenly places is : SPIRITUAL Birth proven. = BORN AGAIN

So, when
a believer is trying to see the spiritual and be spiritual THROUGH Law and Commandments, then their understanding of the KOG, of CHRISTianity, and regarding being born again, is not correct as they are trying to SEE IT through the Carnal mind and not the "renewed mind".
Goofy thinking ..... sin IS transgression of the law ..... are we free to sin? (transgression of the law)

Paul explains what it means to keep the Spirit of the law, which is love.

If you love your neighbor, you will fulfill the requirements of God’s law. For the commandments say, “You must not commit adultery. You must not murder. You must not steal. You must not covet.” These—and other such commandments—are summed up in this one commandment: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no wrong to others, so love fulfills the requirements of God’s law. Romans 13:8-10 NLT
Love does not do away with the commandments. It is because we love God and others that we keep the commandments.

The law leads us to Christ ... and when one is born again .... Christ leads us back to the law .... and helps us overcome our sin through the power of the Holy Spirit.

It's knowing what motivates one to do so (Love of God) ..... it is from the power of the Holy Spirit and not of ourselves.

John 14:15-24

Jesus says: “If you love Me, keep My commandments … He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me … If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.”

The motivation is Love (His unfailing grace towards us)

Paul's theology is not "goofy thinking" unless you're not born again.
If you're born again then "Faith is counted as righteousness" and "justification by faith without commandments or law", is very obvious, as this is spiritually discerned by an actual born again person.

So, its like this.. Reader,

God's Cross is the only way to Heaven. John 14:6

Water Baptism, Commandments, and water baptism, need not apply for that position.

The way to have faith in God to correctly divide between right and wrong through His law is by living in obedience to it. To say that someone is righteous is to say that they act righteously, so while we do not earn our righteousness as the result of obeying God's law as through it were earned as a wage, there is not such thing as someone being righteous apart from being someone who acts righteously, and God's law is His instructions for how to act righteously, not for how to earn our righteousness as a wage. Again, you keep speaking about being born again in a way that is contrary to 1 John 3:4-10 and Romans 8:4-14, which mean that you are in error.

So, its like this.. Reader,

God's Cross is the only way to Heaven. John 14:6

Water Baptism, Commandments, and water baptism, need not apply for that position.
God's law is the way (Psalms 119:1-3), the truth (Psalms 119:142), and the life (Deuteronomy 32:46-47), and the way to know the Father (Exodus 33:13), and Jesus embodied the way, the truth, and the life, and the way to know the Father because he set sinless example of how to walk in obedience to God's law (John 14:6-7). The way to believe in Jesus is by acting in accordance with His nature by following his example, not by rejecting his nature.

I didn't say Paul's thinking /theology was goofy. What's goofy is thinking there is no law.

Justification by faith .... ours or the faith of Jesus?

It is not our faith which justifies, but the faith of Jesus given to us.

Faith comes from Christ ... because only He is truly faithful.

We have faith because He is faithful ... He continues His faithfulness by helping us change our thinking and this takes place over the course of our earthly lives ... we will stumble here and there but He will finish His work.

Philippians 1:6

And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.

Yes, He gave His Life as the substitute for our sin .... that through Him we may be reconciled .... He will impart everything needed to us that we may have eternal life .... that's how faithful He is.

Commandments?

There is basically one commandment with two parts (LOVE) and that includes all the Law and the Prophets (the entire bible)

Matthew 22

37Jesus declared, “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38This is the first and greatest commandment. 39And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Love - putting others before self ... no greater example than that of Jesus laying His life down for us.

We have an awesome God. Thank you Jesus. Help us to Love like you Love. Amen

God's Salvation is not the LAW, unless the Law died on the Cross for you sin.
If it did, then keep preaching Law in place of the Cross.

Again, according to Matthew 1:21 and 1 John 3:4, living in obedience to God's law is intrinsically part of the concept of Jesus saving us from not living in obedience to it. You can deny this if you want, but not without denying the truth of what the Bible says.

God's law is God word and Jesus is God's word made flesh, so he is the embodiment of God's law expressing through a live lived in sinless obedience to it, and the embodiment of God's law did die on the cross for our sin.

According to Titus 2:14, teaching people to become zealous for doing good works in obedience to His law is the way to preach the cross, and you can keep accusing me of preaching the law place of the cross if you want, but not without denying what the Bible says.
