...I think he was in a bad mood. I think he knew that deep down, a lot of the fans were angry at him for breaking up the band. No denyig that. He also said its the first time he's been nervous at a Phish show. This man has been doing this for 20 years, and he is nervous at his last show - it definitely affected his playing. During Guyute, Page actually had to do a lot of Trey's parts because Trey was just in this funk. Sunday night rocked though - he was back on target, a whole turnaround. One of the best shows I've ever seen. It ranks up there with 12/1/03 and 12/231/02. He was on fire and the band was back to "normal." Very very emotional too. So, if you're not a huge fan, but you like their music, go for the Sunday show.

I would think it would be near impossible not to be affected by the end of a majority of your life's work. Sounds like he did some soul-searching between Saturday and Sunday, I'm happy he went out on a 'good note.'

And one of the songs is the same as my last name .

I can imagine any "skeptic" thinking "Deed poll"... Still haven't really listened to the CD all the way through...I'm immersed in Luther College and I don't wanna get out yet
