I do agree with God .

What do you base your agreements with God on ? If you don't believe the bible is divinely inspired, or correct ? Does God talk to you directly ? Is it what's written in hymns you like ? Where or what is your source for 'knowing' God ?

We are all dependent on our intellect to tell us what is of God.If a hymn or anything else glorifies God,great If it insults Him ,reject it.

Sorry Kenneth, but to me this shows you never understood Christianity in the first place. There have been some great posts written over the last 21 pages, I suggest you read back over them, absorb them and definitely pray about it. I assume you pray ?

I have posted numerous times since I joined this group but get very little response.Of course I pray.
I am trying to prevent the demise of Christianity in this part of the world. If we don't bring the Bible up to date , the probability that Christianity will die will become a certainty.

If / those/ people start thinking like you have posted, they are already separated from Christ for rejecting His Word - they don't have to wait. Already dead. ..... A certainty, yes, already.

Rejecting His Word, THE BIBLE, insults Him.

Ask for HIS UNDERSTANDING, reject that which you have learned from another source, and please Him by faith, ACCEPTING HIS WORD, TODAY.

The laugh of it is, that if you wanted to make the bible 'up to date', attractive, relevant and appealing to the current younger generations in the UK, it would have to be full of violence, gore and sex. Probably like game of thrones, but with disciples and a cross (or, maybe you would omit that part ?). LOL.

They all deserve death. Mankind is under a death sentence, especially those who push a false gospel, not trusting God, not believing HIS WORD.

Your changes , proposed changes, and denial of the BIBLE is horrendous, and wrong. The damage already done by you might be immeasurable in preventing souls from trusting God, from finding heaven, from believing the TRUTH of HIS WORD..

I do agree with God but not the awful creature described in the Bible.Can't you understand that the way God is described in the Bible is blasphemy.

Are you sure you actually KNOW the One True God? Or, one that comes from the thoughts of man...

By scouring scripture, I found the One True God...as Jesus sent the 'helper', the spirit of Truth to teach His Truth. I found a God full of love beyond my wildest imaginations. All the things you see in the Old Testament as barbaric have to do with the heart of men who failed to know and obey God. Men who thought they knew better than God and that they had some amount of control over attaining their own hearts' desires. God has a way of making it clearly known that man is in control of nothing, for HE is God of all, whether they can 'see' it or not. God humbles (brings low) and He exalts...He rewards with blessing, or man receives judgement for his 'own' actions. God reveals the power of his might...because He wants ALL to see and know that HE is God, alone...there is no other.

He brings calamity and or blessing...but then again, it is all in perception of where we are 'seeing' God from...the flesh or the spirit. Only one brings the truth of life in God. To see God's love (without measure) is amazing and beautiful.

God is light, even when the world is in darkness for His glory shines in everything, everywhere.

He believes the bible needs HIM to correct it, and that others need (through his own intellect, not even a vision!) him to decide what is of God, rejecting the bible as the holy word of God. And he's looking for others to join his cause.

Any comments about my posts concerning the Crucifixion and my concern about Christianity dying in this part of the world?
