I got a letter from my gyn letting me know it was time for my annual check up. I am hesitant to go, as last year they wanted to give me a shot to 'jump start' my cycle (one that I haven't had since 2006) since my hormone levels were normal, not perimenopausal. I figure, if it ain't broke, why fix it??

that's great Captivated. I wish I didn't have migraines. I did get one earlier today. took excedrine and layed down for about 45 minutes. The headache is gone, but i feel x-tra tired now.
Needless to say, i didn't get much done today.

I am going to wait until this summer, after baby is here, and I have gone to AZ and back!! Nothing else to worry about!

well, i finally went to the gyn.
They did two ultrasounds (out and in ), and checked me out. no fibroids present, and my ovaries look healthy.
My pap smear last december was fine. So to make sure all this crazy stuff isn't anything to worry about, they did an endometrial biopsy.
OUCH! I didn't know they were going to do that!
It made me cramp really bad! anyway, it didn't last long, thank heavens.
So, I will know the results in about a week.
My gyn said 99% of the time, what i am going through is hormonal! LOL!
Now I have an excuse to be B-TCHY! I can just say "I'm hormonal!"

Then yesterday afternoon, my DH says "I think I see a smiley face on the calendar." (that's our code for "do you want to be intimate" )

ARE YOU KIDDING ME??
They stuck a needle in me the size of my forearm, and took out a piece of my uterus, I'm bleeding like a stuck pig and you want to do what??!!!!!

I cannot believe him! MEN!
