Because I trust the Lord, I do not believe he is causing me to be confused or deluded. Therefore, what I am experiencing is real.
I could be wrong. I freely admit it. But my desire is to be both guide-able and guided, by the Lord Jesus Christ.
If I wake up tomorrow and find that all of this strangeness and mystery was nothing more than a bad dream, I will still trust the Lord and ask for his guidance. What else can I do? What else can any of us do?
However it has happened, we are now sharing a little bit of the experience that those first believers had. They knew what they had seen, but when they reported it to others (including their religious leaders), they were scorned, mocked, and ridiculed.
But my daily experience of this does not make me feel “special”. I am mystified.
What we both see and hear - this is what the disciples said is what the testified to. They DESCRIBED their experiences the way YAHWEH and JESUS instructed them to.... not with strange fire or strange teachings...
Your experiences are real. Whether they come from Yahweh, a good gift, or from a 'supposed' angel of light - two different sources described by Jesus and God's Word.
TEST THE SPIRITS. As Scripture says to. We are not to make up other explanations that are not in line with God's Word, and that are not given by God.
====================================================
but regarding the validity of our experiences, there are only two possibilities. Either what we are seeing as “changes” is really happening, or it is not. Either way, we are face-to-face with mysteries.
IN Scripture, the mysteries were only mysteries until described/ revealed by Yahweh and Jesus. (and through the Apostles)
Yes, experiences GOOD and BAD, are 'valid' in that they happen. The way God says to treat them is what is different from the flesh and the world.
=======================================================
If what we are experiencing is actually what is happening, then my best guess is that the old prophecies are unfolding.
Yes, good point - all that has happened and that is happening was all prophecied in Scripture - so again, God describes it perfectly. HE warns not to use the ways of the world or of the enemy to try to describe it.
======================================================
If what we are experiencing is not what is actually happening, then there is either some sort of collective hysteria or madness in us, or something is affecting our perceptions. If the Lord himself has given us over to a delusion, then all hope is lost. In my notes, I address these as Possibilities # 2 and # 4.
Most people on earth are unable to appraise things spiritual. This is WRITTEN IN THE BIBLE. They have no ability to understand the spirit / truth/ or reality.
Only those to whom God Grants Life, with understanding and wisdom as He Says, "revealing the truth",
as Jesus says, in the Biblem,
are able to grasp or describe the things that are happening all around them, all around the world,
and they understand and reveal that mandela is manmade problem/ deception trying to describe things in spirit wrongly, without God's approval or Word.
