It really has to do with going to church on Sunday instead of Saturday. Ellen White prophesied that the Roman Emperor Constantine making Sunday the day of worship a law is the Mark of the Beast, which ties in with Revelation 14:6-12.

Yes, that is correct according to God. Exodus 20:8-11. The others are days to do our work and labors. Exodus 20:9. You’re not really disagreeing with me because I am not the one who wrote God’s commandments, God did. He wrote it with His own Finger than stored His holy law in the Most Holy of His Temple.I am quite sure the Lord is happy with being worshipped every day. And if only one day is holy to him, that implies the others aren't.

The Sabbath is observed over two days, from Friday evening to Saturday evening. Would not Saturday 0001 till Saturday 2400 be the Sabbath? Afterall, God rested on the 6th day not on the 5th and 6th day. Thanks in advance for the clarification.

Jesus validated, and summed up, the 10 commandments by saying "love God with all your heart and love your neighbour as yourself."
The New Covenant is based on, and sealed by, Jesus.
He commanded us to love as he loves. He said "come to me and receive eternal life", and "this is my blood shed for many for the forgiveness of sins".
He did not say, "now you are God's people, go back and obey all the commands of the Old Covenant, which his people could never keep anyway." Nor did the early church ever teach this.

God wrote the New Covenant Hebrews 8:10, Jeremiah 31:33 and God’s laws are now written in the heart, which of course includes the holy day of the Lord thy God and 4th commandment.
Jesus kept the laws of His Father and never came to destroy God’s laws John 14:15, Mathew 5:17-20 Jesus came to magnify the law Isaiah 42:21
Which is why the Sabbath is still a commandment in the New Testament Matthew 12:2, Luke 23:56 and why Jesus kept the Sabbath reading scriptures in the Temple as was His custom Luke 4:16 and Jesus telling us the Sabbath was made for man Mark 2:27

Nor finding your own pleasure, Nor speaking your own words, (how can you possibly argue the Lord's day is the first day when this makes it so clear which is the Lords day)
Mark 2:28 28 Therefore the Son of Man is also Lord of the Sabbath.”
There is no scripture telling us Sunday is the Lords day or God’s new holy day. Which is why the Sabbath will continue for eternity to be God’s chosen day and not the first day. Isaiah 66:23

As shown in the OP the Koine Greek of "the Lords day" is κυριακή (kyriakós; G2960) ημέρα (hēméra: G2250) simply means the day belonging to the Lord or the Lord's ownership of "the day". So the question was posed what day from the scriptures alone does the Lord claim ownership of? Jesus answers this question in Matthew 12:8 where he says "THE SON OF MAN IS LORD EVEN OF THE SABBATH DAY. We did not stop here we looked at all the old and New Testament scriptures where Jesus and God claim ownership of the Sabbath day to My holy day; His Holy day; My Sabbaths; Sabbath of the Lord your God; The Sabbath of the Lord from *Matthew 12:8; Mark 2:28; Luke 6:5; Isaiah 58:13; Exodus 31:12-18; Leviticus 19:30; Ezekiel 20:12; Deuteronomy 5:15; Leviticus 23:3; Exodus 31:15; Exodus 20:10. According to the scriptures it was God who blessed the seventh day and made the "seventh day" a holy day of rest for all mankind (see Genesis 2:1-3; Exodus 20:8-11 and Mark 2:27-28) and it is God who calls the Sabbath His holy day or My Sabbaths or Sabbath of the Lord in Isaiah 58:13; Exodus 31:12-18; Leviticus 19:30; Ezekiel 20:12; Deuteronomy 5:15; Leviticus 23:3; Exodus 31:15God never asked US to hallow the day.... or told US it was his holy day

There is no scripture links to Sunday or the first day of the week in the bible in regards to "the Lords day" being Sunday or the first day of the week.God's saints to whom Revelation was addressed would have known exactly what John meant by "the Lord's day" (κυριακή ημέρα). The term was already in widespread use in Christian communities at the time to refer to Sunday, the day on which they worshipped.
