Not true, plenty lived longer than that after the flood. the 120 years was given as a "divine countdown." If mankind didn't repent in 120 years -

Judgment by Flood.

And the rest is history.

:) thank you for being polite ... if you read further on from there you'll see we discussed that and I in some shape or form (not going to go look) that I acknolwedged that after being given a scripture in Psalm and after looking at the verse ... I can be wrong ... as can all on this thread ...

Serpent Seed people are full of accusations. To declare that some humans descend from Satan with absolutely nothing to back up such nonsense is totally wrong, but you try to jump on another person saying that they are not Christlike.

1. just more accusations ... never mind all the accusing you're doing ... just wow!

2. according to you they gave no evidence ...

3. it's NOT Christlike to attack those who aren't here to defend themselves ... that's called going behind someone's back ... not Christianity ... if I'm mistaken, show me a scripture saying otherwise ...

You claimed to be gone, but unless you were interested in what was being discussed, you wouldn't know that anyone mentioned Shepherd's Chapel.

okay, let's all be children here and spell things out to the detail ... you're right ... bad is me ... I was reading and not posting

I don't consider myself in charge of another's conversion. But I am called to declare what is true. And if something is false, the Christian needs to be bold enough to say so.

you haven't declared anything true ... you've declared what you 'perceive' to not be true ...

called to be bold and declare what is true has more with putting the Truth out there than it does one's ability to debunk others ... call it what you want ... all I see is a bunch of what amounts to pot stirring ... you haven't offered a shred of anything to disprove anything ... you're strategy is to ask questions to prove ... so' apparently, it's guilty until you can prove your innocent' ... and no one can do that to your satisfaction ... not hard to see why you can't get anyone to 'discuss' with you' ... no mystery at all ... the difference between being on trial and discussion ... with discussion, no one is on trial ... declaring something false isn't done by making someone prove and reprove ... it's offering up the thing that will disprove ... so as for me being 'gone' ... no different than you 'disproving' by accusation and questions ... it's just what it is ...

Unlike unapologetic Identity preachers, Murray doesn't condone or suggest violence against the "Kenites." "Let's get one thing straight, coming out the gate. Are you saying we should hate Judah? That would be stupid indeed," he says in one recorded sermon. Instead, Murray encourages followers to focus their energy on identifying and avoiding Kenites, claiming an end-times event will "take care" of them. In "Kenites," a widely distributed audio sermon, he claims this teaching comes directly from Jesus. Murray uses the New Testament parable of the "tares," a bitter weed that Jesus warns can grow hidden in wheat fields and go unnoticed till harvest. Murray likens the tares to the Kenites, adding, "The angels will take care of the tares — the tares are taken together in the fire — that's the end of the world — that's how it's going to be."

bla, bla, bla ... same ole, same ole ... more accusations ... no proof ... not saying there's no shred of truth in all that or that there is ... saying you don't show him saying it ... so ... whatever ... nothing more than heresay ... more 'Christian' behavior ... no ... it's gossip ...

For Murray, the end of the world isn't an abstraction. The 1980 Mount St. Helens eruption that happened during the week of Pentecost led him to proclaim the Antichrist would return in 1981. Murray's resolve has only hardened during the 27 years since that prophecy failed to come true. He dismisses his critics as "numbskulls," "Bible-thumpers" and "yo-yos."

wow! now there's some heavy duty proof for ya ... 27 years ago he 'apparently' said this ... I wouldn't know ... I've been studying with him 5 years ... so 27 years ago he might have said this ... it may be true ... but wait ... no proof ... again ... so, assuming he did say it ... one can't make a mistake :o ... oh, wait ... that's right ... Jesus brought grace for that ... I would venture to say he's made a few more since then ... but then I would say the same about all pastors ... good grief! 27 years ago ... well, there's some heavy duty proof for you that everything he's taught since is a lie ...

and again ... the same 'proof' over and over ... she said, he said ... just another link with someone's opinion ... no Arnold Murray, himself ... and the beat goes on ...

to others: I lost interest in this thread's discussion when it was no longer discussion, but accusations ... but I do have an interest in what others say about the man I study with ... that man was willing to lay down his life in Korea to defend these people's right to slander him repeatedly ... I'm standing for this man based on the scriptures of what a friend is ...

Phoebe Ann ... for the most part I was kind of thinking you had a little more going on than those who were just here to point fingers ... my mistake ... you could have addressed the part about discussion without going into judgement of Arnold Murray ... but you didn't

you haven't declared anything true ... you've declared what you 'perceive' to not be true ...

What is true is that Adam and Eve did not have sex with Satan.

called to be bold and declare what is true has more with putting the Truth out there than it does one's ability to debunk others ... call it what you want ... all I see is a bunch of what amounts to pot stirring ... you haven't offered a shred of anything to disprove anything ... you're strategy is to ask questions to prove ... so' apparently, it's guilty until you can prove your innocent' .

Satan beguiled Eve's mind. We do not want him to beguile ours. Adding nonsense to Scripture and claiming that Satan had sex with Eve is adding to God's word. That makes a person guilty until he proves that Satan had sex with Eve.

and no one can do that to your satisfaction ... not hard to see why you can't get anyone to 'discuss' with you' ... no mystery at all ... the difference between being on trial and discussion ... with discussion, no one is on trial ... declaring something false isn't done by making someone prove and reprove ... it's offering up the thing that will disprove

The word of God never says that Satan had sex with Eve or Adam.

"But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your[believers'] minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ."
2 Corinthians 11:3

...that man layed down his life in Korea to defend these people's right to slander him repeatedly

Is Arnold Murray a resurrected being who died in Korea?

Arnold Murray would be welcome to teach the truth instead of lies. But you have the right to remain loyal to any man you wish. I pray to God that this site doesn't deteriorate into promoting lies or endorsing false teachers.

Just for the record, unless Mr. Murray DIED in Korea, he did NOT lay down his life for anything. I spent twenty-one years in the army and I know that my fellow soldiers and myself were willing to lay down our lives for the cause of the United States of America, but I lost too many friends to let this go by. Murray was a Marine. That's a good thing, but he wasn't a Marine who died in combat for his country. Like I said, "Just for the record."

He is not going to answer you because you have proven him to be wrong with your questions.

Shepherd's Chapel followers just follow blindly and don't really think about the ramifications of their unscriptural beliefs.

He won't be back because answering your questions according to his belief system, will make him look foolish and he knows it.

No, it's just that my life doesn't revolve around this website. The information people need to understand this subject is already present in the thread. Whether people agree or disagree with my understanding, that is between them and God.
