No, it doesn't indicate loosed from the bottomless pit in Revelation 20:7. Instead, Revelation 9:1 indicates he fell from heaven.

In Revelation 12:7-9, Satan and his angels are cast down to earth from the second heaven, and have a time, times, half time left afterward.

Revelation 9:1 is Satan on his way down to earth, and tossed to key to open the bottomless pit, because the time has come for the judgment of them held there had come as well. A time, times, half time left in the 7 years.

The earth was destroyed with water, after the flood subsided, there was a new sin free earth.
If God cleansed the earth as he did in the days of Noah would you still call it a rotten sin filled earth which God cleansed?

Keep in mind we are talking about earth. Not another planet. If God can make you a new then he can make the earth new too.
