I bet that smiley doesn't get sore abs. I also bet that smiley hasn't had it's ab muscles totally warped by carrying 3 kids. (I have a little smiley envy going here.)
I went walking this afternoon, did some arm exercises and stretches too. My arthritis is acting up, but I'm swollen and puffy all over, even my fingers. Maybe to much water I'm drinking during the day, with all the walking? I don't know, I know I feel better after I walk and get exercise. I'm keeping on, and still smiling.![]()

Being honest here...my goals didn't happen. It went from a normal Sunday to one with one sick kid, one kid destinted for an unexpected bowling birthday party, one kid going to an unexpected play date, a hubby who had to go to work for the afternoon, and an in-law issue (won't go there, no need to relive it). I walked the Dog around the yard before bed last night. It was the best I could do.
BUT TODAY IS A NEW DAY! TODAY I will do my bike for another 20, and do my weights, abs and strectches! I was having so much fun getting back on track, that I am rediculously excited.
