Diddy Wa Diddy
Well, I guess that I'm the first guy to post in this thread but this is right down my alley. I've been involved in some sort of exercise for most of my life. I don't mean to sound like I'm bragging but I'm in reasonably good shape for a guy my age. But as I'm in my later 40's I find myself slowing down alittle. I get frustrated because I can't do things that I could in my 20's. I work out 5 or 6 times a week. I do cardio mostly and some weight training. I just can't hang anymore with aerobics or kick boxing. But I go to the gym just about everyday.
