Believe it or not.... As big of a fan as I am, read the book, got most of the CD's... I have yet to see the movie with Val Kilmer... I guess I always thought it wouldnt be very good... maybe I should buy it? Is it worth it?

I just watched that movie the other day. It is alright. It probably is more interesting to someone that is really into the Doors. Val is really good though and so is meg ryan.

Never really been a big fan but a few months ago, Bluegrass Unlimited magazine mentioned that Del McCoury appeared on one of their albums so I'd be curious to hear that.

The Doors rock my world. I can't listen to their music all the time, but when the mood and atmosphere's right, it's just incredible. They're Summer Night music for me, and when you just kick back, chill out, have something tasty to drink/eat, it's just great.

I am awfully fond of Whiskey Bar, along with most the songs listed here. Especially the one with the Blake quote; every morn' and every night, some are born for sweet delight.... from Auguries of Innocence.

Sounds right. I consider that album to be one big long composition, to be listened to in its entirety, therefore I don't know the names of most the songs.
