I saw much of his presser yesterday and I did not see a man with cognitive issues. His ability to think and reason should not be in doubt. Nor does he exhibit problems with memory. (And, FYI, it is not "Democrat Party" as the mods recently reminded us.)
You do realize if he didn't have the teleprompter it most likely would have been much worse. The bar was set so low if he even showed up (was 90 min. late) it would be a win for him.

Well now there is record of this happening before in an interview and recently. Are you implying this could not happen? Biden was given a list of who to call on.
I’m asking if you are asserting that this particular news conference was scripted and that Biden was simply following the script without having to speak extemporaneously.
