I think that there are many, many others. The issue is the right has stolen the label "evangelical" for themselves. Certainly, Lutherans, Catholics and Anglicans consider themselves evangelical; obviously, so do many Baptist and Methodists.
It's just that the right is LOUD. Also, the right is politically active, and associates their political positions with God. Left leaning evangelicals tend to not mention religion much, because they believe in the American tradition of separation of church and state, even though most are devoutly religious.

As an aside, Buttigieg may be helping the situation by openly including his faith in lots of his positions and appearances.
