Is that why we see such unanimity among Sunday keepers? No differences in why they do what they do?
The vast majority of Christians, when asked what laws they keep from the law of Moses,
will answer "We're not under the law."
Brothers, the last time there was widespread agreement to disobey, as represented when we defend Sunday over the Sabbath in the new covenant book of Hebrews, God sent the flood, "sorry" He ever made us.

The LORD observed the extent of human wickedness on the earth, and he saw that everything they thought or imagined was consistently and totally evil. So the LORD was sorry he had ever made them and put them on the earth. It broke his heart. And the LORD said, “I will wipe this human race I have created from the face of the earth. Yes, and I will destroy every living thing—all the people, the large animals, the small animals that scurry along the ground, and even the birds of the sky. I am sorry I ever made them.” But Noah found favor with the LORD. (Genesis 6:5-8 NLT)

Do you think God thinks differently now? When He tells us in the new covenant book of Hebrews that if we disobey the Sabbath like those who died in the desert were half a day late with Manna for 40 years, we will "fall" like those who died in the desert.

God’s promise of entering his rest still stands, so we ought to tremble with fear that some of you might fail to experience it. For this good news—that God has prepared this rest—has been announced to us just as it was to them. But it did them no good because they didn’t share the faith of those who listened to God. For only we who believe can enter his rest. As for the others, God said, “In my anger I took an oath: ‘They will never enter my place of rest,’” even though this rest has been ready since he made the world. We know it is ready because of the place in the Scriptures where it mentions the seventh day: “On the seventh day God rested from all his work.” But in the other passage God said, “They will never enter my place of rest.” So God’s rest is there for people to enter, but those who first heard this good news failed to enter because they disobeyed God. So God set another time for entering his rest, and that time is today. God announced this through David much later in the words already quoted: “Today when you hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts.” Now if Joshua had succeeded in giving them this rest, God would not have spoken about another day of rest still to come. So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God. For all who have entered into God’s rest have rested from their labors, just as God did after creating the world. So let us do our best to enter that rest. But if we disobey God, as the people of Israel did, we will fall. (Hebrews 4:1-11 NLT)

Hello brother!

Perhaps you would like to begin with this post
I think it would greatly help the discussion if those who observe the seventh day would say what the Commandments of God are.

I get that the Ten Commandments are included, but knowing for sure what other Commandments are included would help move things forward, imo.

Let us Praise the Lord together, brother!

Not unanimity in the activities, uniformity in the answers.

The vast majority of Christians, when asked what laws they keep from the law of Moses,
will answer
"We're not under the law."

That's been my experience.

Peace be with you, my man!
And when has the majority ever been correct? Before the flood? During OT times? During the end times?

Revelation 12: 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Hello brother! Perhaps you would like to begin with this post Let us Praise the Lord together, brother!
Brother, we do not know all that we will obey when Jesus returns. The following passage talks about working on obedience now and not that we must wait until Jesus returns to be obedient. We have yet to understand the biblical Sabbath in the new covenant book of Hebrews as fixed in the time zone of creation in Eden, which shows the truth in the statement that "what we will be has not yet been made known". What the Bible does say is that when Jesus returns, "we will be like him" in our obedience and not that we should wait for this to happen in the future.

See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. All who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure. (1 John 3:1-3 NIV)

For example, most Christians do not know the true biblical Sabbath of the Fourth Commandment corrected from Joshua's misunderstanding of the days of the week in the new covenant book of Hebrews. We need to buy oil, like in the story of the ten virgins, from those who sell oil, as in the following video where the days of the week have been understood to be from morning to morning and not from evening to evening as the Sabbath falls half a day earlier than the seventh day of the week in Jerusalem.

I'm not saying that the majority is correct because it's the majority.

If you want to say that only the Ten Commandments are the commandments of God, that's fine. I was just noting that it's different from what most Seventh-Day observers say.

Thank you for your input

Brother, Bob S. has said Jesus replaced His Ten Commandments with an Eleventh Commandment when Jesus asks us to obey "all" His Eleven Commandments in the following passage where, having answered with the previous Ten Commandments, Jesus adds "one more thing you haven't done", bringing the total after Him of Eleven Commandments. The following passage tells us that Jesus has given us an Eleventh Commandment with the phrase "one thing you haven't done", after answering the question with: you know "the commandments"! Jesus' answer makes the "one thing you haven't done" an additional Eleventh Commandment. Consistent with us knowing the additional Eleventh Commandment in the new covenant of following Jesus' example. Paul says, Jesus is our model "Spirit" to follow. We are not to follow Judaism's human system of "law" that sabotaged the Ten Commandments to not remove sin in the resulting sons of Hagar, instead of God's will that we be sons of Sarah obeying His previous Ten Commandments as well as the new Eleventh Commandment.

Once a religious leader asked Jesus this question: “Good Teacher, what should I do to inherit eternal life?” “Why do you call me good?” Jesus asked him. “Only God is truly good. But to answer your question, you know the commandments (entolé): ‘You must not commit adultery. You must not murder. You must not steal. You must not testify falsely. Honor your father and mother.’” The man replied, “I’ve obeyed all these commandments since I was young.” When Jesus heard his answer, he said, “There is still one thing you haven’t done. Sell all your possessions and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.” (Luke 18:18-22 NLT)

The new Eleventh Commandment above is found in the following passage, where to do "just as I have" is to "follow" His example by keeping a total of Eleven Commandments when Jesus adds one more to the previous Ten Commandments, saying above: "there is still one thing you haven't done".

As soon as Judas left the room, Jesus said, “The time has come for the Son of Man to enter into his glory, and God will be glorified because of him. And since God receives glory because of the Son, he will give his own glory to the Son, and he will do so at once. Dear children, I will be with you only a little longer. And as I told the Jewish leaders, you will search for me, but you can’t come where I am going. So now I am giving you a new commandment (entolé): Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.” (John 13:31-35 NLT)

1 Cor 1:10 But I urge you, believers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you be in full agreement in what you say, and that there be no divisions or factions among you, but that you be perfectly united in your way of thinking and in your judgment [about matters of the faith].

So that is why there are 38,000 protestant denominations of which almost all except one or two are Sunday keepers

No, there are that many denominations due to the flesh. Denominations can’t save anyone. But all of the saved make up the body of Christ and agree that we are saved by faith and not by works lest anyone should boast.

Right. All those divisions are because you all follow Paul's writings so closely. You know, like you do. You follow Galatians 5: 21, 22 very closely.

Right. All those divisions are because you all follow Paul's writings so closely. You know, like you do. You follow Galatians 5: 21, 22 very closely.
As one matures is Christ they come to realize that Gal 5:21,22 is the out growth of a relationship with Christ. They see that it is not a prescription for salvation but rather a result of salvation.

Jesus said the same thing in the parable of the fig tree. The tree did not produce fruit because it was disconnected from the power that produces fruit.

Immature Christians often think that they must be the ones to eschew the drunkenness and debauchery and then through their own efforts create the fruit of the spirit in themselfs.

This type of thinking produces self-centered spiritual priggery rather than the sweet selfless fruit of God.

When one lives for their flesh they produce the foul fruit of selfishness but the cure for that is beyond the flesh’s comprehension.

Lastly, if a person feels that the words of Paul were his own rather than being the words of God conveyed through Paul, they cannot be changed by reading them.

Brother, the Eleven Commandments of God are everything Jesus obeyed as our model Spirit to do likewise, which includes the previous Ten Commandments and Jesus' expansion of three of the previous commandments. Jesus made three of His commandments more demanding in the new covenant and added an Eleventh Commandment for a total of Eleven Commandments as the minimum love that God wants us to show God and neighbors.

“You have heard that our ancestors were told, ‘You must not murder. If you commit murder, you are subject to judgment.’ But I say, if you are even angry with someone, you are subject to judgment! If you call someone an idiot, you are in danger of being brought before the court. And if you curse someone, you are in danger of the fires of hell. (Matthew 5:21-22 NLT)

Above the 5th commandment and below the 7th commandment are made more demanding in the new covenant.

“You have heard the commandment that says, ‘You must not commit adultery.’ But I say, anyone who even looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart. So if your eye—even your good eye—causes you to lust, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. And if your hand—even your stronger hand—causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. (Matthew 5:27-30 NLT)

Above the 7th commandment and below the 4th commandment, where "another day of rest still to come", refer to the Sabbath not as the seventh day of the week everywhere, but the seventh day of the creation week remembered in the creation time zone in Eden.

So God’s rest is there for people to enter, but those who first heard this good news failed to enter because they disobeyed God. (Hebrews 4:6-11 NLT)

After surpassing the previous requirements of the three commandments above, Jesus added an 11th commandment below. What is "new" about this added commandment is that we have the life and ministry of Jesus as an example to imitate. In this commandment, Jesus is our example of how to love, but before having Jesus as an example, God gave Ten Commandments for the minimum love He wanted us to show God and neighbors.

So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.” (John 13:34-35 NLT)

The same word above for commandment in the singular is used in plural below.

“If you love me, obey my commandments. (John 14:15 NLT)

Brother, the Eleven Commandments of God are everything Jesus obeyed as our model Spirit to do likewise, which includes the previous Ten Commandments and Jesus' expansion of three of the previous commandments.
Hello again, brother!

In this passage below, is the Commandments of God referring to just 11 Commandments?

Peace be with you!

(Hebrews 4:6-11 NLT)

After surpassing the previous requirements of the three commandments above, Jesus added an 11th commandment below. What is "new" about this added commandment is that we have the life and ministry of Jesus as an example to imitate. Brother, I would say that it is summing up the total of Eleven Commandments by speaking of the previous Ten Commandments and the "faith in Jesus" as the Eleventh Commandment. It refers to those who keep the Eleven Commandments. It does not refer to Judaism, which has the Ten Commandments, but does not have "faith in Jesus".

This means that God’s holy people must endure persecution patiently, obeying his commandments and maintaining their faith in Jesus. (Revelation 14:12 NLT fixed)
