The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. So I don't know if I'm gonna be online for a few days - conference to go to this weekend, then I'm working at the zoo again for a few days, so I may not have a chance to visit...
But I thought I would leave you all with this nice verse:

I've never read that Psalm before (okay, okay, so I've never read through the Psalms ... yet!) so it is doubly amazing. We are to be beautiful within ... but we also also beautiful within. We can always become more pure and more Christlike, but to God, we're still beautiful as long as we've become new in Christ.

Ari. How are you doing today?I'm excited, I've just bought "Yoga for Dummies" - I love yoga but I've not been able to do any at home - but with the book to help me remember the basic positions, I can put together a morning routine. Yey!
I feel like a spam poster, because I post in here so much. :o
Things are quiet today, I'll just get a cup of hot chocolate and curl up in the corner. Feels strange to be back.

we went skiing last night it was really windy and the snow was blowing into my face..gah but it was a lot of fun

Sounds like you've been having fun in teh snow, though, Lindz! I'd love to go skiing ... I only do cross-country, I think I would wipe out as soon as I stood up going on downhill skis. Even though that would be funny to see ...
I don't know why today is bad. It just is. It's rainy and yucky out, I'm apathetic about everything, and I'm sick of everything related to me, and ... AHHHH.

April - Mb if we club together we can save up enough snow quicker!! ...although....it hasn;t even been cold enough for frost yet - so i don't hold out a whole lot of hope!!
