Lot of interesting stuff there. Reads kinda like the Quran. I see no reason to believe any of it. The Church as a whole never has.

That was my take on it as well (amongst other things).

Your right, but to know your enemy, one must know what they believe.

I have read some of the Quran.

Do you know who "Eblis" is?

In their religion, that is what Satan came from.

They were "jinn".

"Behold! We said to the angels: 'Bow down to Adam'; they bowed down except Iblis. He was one of the Jinn, and he broke the Command of his Lord. (18:50)"

It never hurts to read this stuff.

One of my classes in seminary was "Contempory Christian Religions".

We studied, Islam, Moonies, JW, Mormons, the Church of Satan (Anton Levay), etc.

God Bless

Till all are one.

No modern Jewish or Christian group considers it Scripture.
Except for the Jewish-Christian Ethiopian Orthodox
While it is often said the Ethiopian Orthodox Church does, their concept of Holy Scripture is not the same as the rest of the vast majority of Christianity, so to cite them as evidence is not valid since we're not talking about the same definition of Holy Scripture.
Here's PaladinValer's logic:
1. Ethiopian Orthodoxy considers it Scripture.
2. No one else currently accepts it as Scripture.
3. Therefore the Ethiopian Orthodox view of Scripture is not the same as the rest of Christians.
4. Therefore to cite the Ethiopian Orthodox as evidence is not valid.

Anybody else up for a little circular reasoning?
