Yeah, I was happy to see it bumped; it's one of my favorite threads to post in here in Singles lol. This is a great thread that was started. I would like to know more about architecture and figure the styles that I like.
I spent last night going through Pinterest and so far there's a lot of european-style I'm going to share hear some of it. I think cottage-style is maybe one of my favorites besides Manor. I'm still exploring a new to this. I was dating someone that was an architect of beach houses and he does houses on sand inclines. Unfortunately at that time I didn't have much to talk about but I have done architectural tours in different towns.sampa,
I’m glad you like it! I enjoy architecture and interior design. Are there certain styles that stand out or you like more than others?

nothing offhand except possibly european-style. I know there was a dorm I lived in that was all limestone with turrets and I absolutely love that place it was a dream like a castle.Yeah, I was happy to see it bumped; it's one of my favorite threads to post in here in Singles lol.
Are there any styles you know of offhand that you like?
I think I'm going to try to take the next 30 days to post different styles that I have found so I can explore this. This is one part of my life as I go through the dating process that I would like to know more while I'm independent of the time that a relationship takes.sampa,
I love manor and cottage homes! I look forward to your contributions. Anthony (@Rigatoni) is studying architecture and I’m learning fashion and interior design. He’s knowledgeable and could answer your questions or point you in the right direction.
I'm definitely no expert lol, especially when it comes to styles specific to certain countries; I'm more knowledgeable on general styles such as Gothic, Renaissance, Neoclassical, Modernism, Post-Modernism, etc. Although, I have taken classes on the history, various philosophies and other aspects of architecture, and do have design experience. It's definitely a passion of mine and I'd love to contribute.sampa,

Beach homes are nice! My inner designer is doing somersaults.

I like your idea on posting different styles you discover sampa, and focusing on personal growth during this time of singleness. I can share what I've learned if you're interested. Plus it would be a great opportunity for me to reinforce my understanding and dive into new areas.I think I'm going to try to take the next 30 days to post different styles that I have found so I can explore this. thank you and I look forward to hearing more of your thoughts as I post. And hopefully I can also say if there's something I discover and like also. I believe Collins living center probably has copies of it in other places. This is at Indiana University.sampa,
That’s a neat challenge. I recommend using your time of singleness for growth and personal pursuits. It does wonders for your heart and person. I’ve learned heaps!
The Collins-Living Center reminds me of Northwestern. The architecture is similar.
