Just a wee bit, lass. I have a great grandfather who came over from Scotland, but his family had moved to Scotland from Estonia. In the time between, the family picked up a little Scottish. I might have a little on my mom's side, too, but I don't know.

I'm not there and I don't know all what's going on, so take my advice with a grain of salt. It sounds like Sharma needs to work things out with his family. If he's trying to escape by taking a more active job, he's not helping himself. If he needs some time to work things out, that's different. After that, decide whether you enjoy that particular work.

I can consider a dozen complex concepts simultaneously, but I can't mix complex and simple. If I try to do both, both will turn out poorly.
