Wow I didn't know it got a trigger warning. But I don't come on that much anymore. I think people come in here to chat because people don't give as much response to posts as they used to. When I would post something I would get alot of advice. The last couple of times I was lucky if one or two people would post anything... Bummer anyway. Good luck...

I think the problem is that we started talking about everything in the coffee shop - so not as many people come in here anymore ..hence the lack of advice :-(

Yeh, I thought it would be good in case someone posted something that would trigger (d'oh)... but y'all are wonderful, so that's not necessary anymore. But I can't take it out and it doesn't matter, so it stays.


I am having a utterly crappy night. I ate too much at supper, felt like purging, feel like a whale..... uni is stressful, I have to plan out my last three semesters by Monday..... I can't weigh myself so I feel like I've gained twentythree million two hundred thousand six hundred and one pounds..... AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Am completely losing it.

Sorry to hear of your struggles. It's so hard. I am pretty much in and out of my Ed life style just dabbling here and there. It seems that with lifes stressors that I really struggle to stay out....

I'm hanging in there I look forward to the week ends I wokr monda thru friday # jobs. One is full time and the other one is monday thru friday a couple hours a night.. so the week end rock. I just wish I spent more time awake then asleep. LOL...

Daysoni, I have problems with staying out of my ED when I'm stressed too. School really puts me back into that mindset (I'm a junior in college) because it just IS so stressful...... but I'm hanging in there. I hope that you can do the same.

hiya everyone, just a qucik question does n e one have n e ideas on how to drink nurtition drinky things without being/feeling sick. i hate them and have supposed to have drunk like # a day and so far i think i've had three and thats only coz they were strawberry. they smell horrid, taste horrid and look like gloupe.

i hate it since i went to this assessment on friday i've been feeling worse i hate it all so much. cant it just go away. i shoudlt have told them. coz i keep getting anooyed about it. my moods all over the palce my head not good my thoughts r just a mess n i'm argh i dont know what to do.

I'm... ok I guess...
I have been eating really well all through the holidays because I ahve no choice when im living at home with my parents... but i was really unhappy...
and now because i have put on sooooo much weight and I am massivley obese im very unhappy and depressed so i have been reverting back to my old ways... skipping as many meals as possible, purging and exercising as much as possible...
but its something i have to do because nothing else works for me and i have to get rid of this fat... otherwise ill end up doing something stupid... and i dont really want to...

so yeh... thats how i am atm... I go back to college on saturaday which will be good to get away freom my parents and also ahve access to a free gym...

Quick reply as it's breakfast time and my parents are getting impatient (hehe) - Katey, I'd say just plug your nose and go for it. They may be disgusting (what brand do you have?) but I haven't run across that. Lucky me, I guess. I really like them, Ensure or the store brands thereof. I've not tried Boost though, so I can't vouch for that.

apirl lol, we must have different tastes, coz i cant stand them. the ones i've got now are ensures i've had them before, i got a mix of the ensures an the enline fruitjuicey ones. i've managed # more today. but i kno i've gotta have them, at least make it look like i'm trying.
