heya, i've not had a bad day its been really really busy though

april, i cant wait to go back so that i get back into a routine of exercising in the gym everyday and so that i can eat what i want, when i want and the amount i want... freedom...

Bec, please be careful when you go back..... I think that being monitored at home is a good thing for right now, because you do tend to overdo the exercise and underdo the eating. :-( Take care of yourself, and take care of your body... it's the only one that you'll get, as my dad likes to tell me.

Well, I like this guy, BUT I DON'T WANT TO!! Not cause he's a bad guy or anything, in fact, he's a GREAT Christian. But he'd never be interested in me for several reasons:
#. He lives in Gainsville, FL which is like one hour from here
#. I'll only see him on TV when he plays football, and occasionally when he's able to come home and go to our church
#. I think he has a girlfriend
I'm sure y'all are thinking "wait a minute, he plays football" yes its true. My mom has know his mom since we moved here because we were in the same homeschool group, so I sort of know him. But I don't think he even remembers who I am. And as long as I've known him, I've NEVER had a crush on him. And to make matters worse, my family LOVES to tease me about marrying him. They don't know I like him and if they did they would tease me MORE.
So, to make a long story short, I REALLY like him but I DON'T want to I've been praying and giving it over to God, but its hard to ignore the way I'm feeling.

And April, you didn't sound like a therapist....ok maybe a little, haha J/K

Aww, that is rough, GG. But crushes do pass, although they really do suck while you're going through them. If anything is going to come of it, then it will... that's what really comes to mind from my own experiences. There's no point in fretting about it if it's already happening...

I'm all growly and distracted tonight... am also talking with my sister on Skype right now, so maybe that's what's got me gone distracted.

ill try to be careful april... but i have to get this weight off somehow...

hehe... i wore a pedometer to work yesterday... and just int he time i was working i did twenty three thousand, six hundred and ninety four steps... lol... i think work must be good exercise considering you are meant to aim for ten thousand steps a day (and that include the steps of a half hour walk for exercise... lol)

Haha Bec, I wear a pedometer, and it's a good day if I get eight - ten thousand. Usually it's around five - seven thousand - but keep in mind that for me that is over two miles. But there is no way that you can be fat, Bec, with that sort of exercise! Heck, the highest I ever came with steps was seventeen thousand, and that's about... five and two thirds miles. Don't fret about the weight, sis - hard to do, I know, but it really isn't worth it. Your body will balance itself out as long as you eat healthily and don't overexercise, and manage to get enough rest.

GG, venting feelings is splendid. That's the best type of therapy, I think. Yes. Anyway, who am I to nay say it? I vent mine all the time. (Just read my blog and you'll see what I mean... )

hehe... i dont really count work as exercise though... lol... sure it is alot of running/walking fast around... but its not really strenuous

It is exercise though, Bec. Not as in working out exercise, but it gets your metabolism going, calories burning, things like that, and that is exercise. Capiche?
