Statistical Outlier, or Covid zombie

I usually look at an Australian Govt Health website on Covid vaccinations as it is updated daily.

Yesterday though I noticed something a bit odd. If you look at the national mortality figures on page 19 of the following PDF file, it shows France as having a minus figure.

That does seem low.
