I didnt say anything about on or off the clock, HOWEVER it doesnt change the fact that there is freedom of speech and accountability for what is said... you have the right to say anything you want, but you are NOT entitled to no accountability for what you say.

But those damages must be proven and it is NOT easy to do so.... because it goes beyond just words and cones down to actual harm and one must prove that damage, not easily done.

You dont get to say "They hurt me" and suddenly you are awarded a settlement.

You arent owned by "the man" you can still choose to walk away. If you prefer the paycheck and benefits over the right to say what you want... you still make that choice... you dont become a victim because you choose that profession.
