That has to do with the glycemic index value of spaghetti. Since it is a higher GI value, that is why you experience the tiredness and hungry within no time.Oh, and every time I eat spaghetti, after two hours I'm starving all over again. It's almost like eating "anti-food". I feel hungrier than I think I would if I had eaten nothing at all.
I know, and weight loss isn't a pressing issue with me, I'm just not anxious to gain any. But I've been getting tons of fiber lately and it has been kind of upsetting my stomach, so I thought I'd try some low-carb stuff instead.
