Well, he was at someone's apartment on my floor, and I was going downstairs to pay my rent. He called the elevator for me and smiled at me, and we talked for a bit until the elevator got to the lobby and we went our separate ways. Best 45 seconds of my whole day.

I just got $135 worth of medications from the pharmacy for the leftovers of my cold/asthma condition. It cost us only $15 through our health insurance though. These are supposed to be very strong medications. The lady at the pharmacy said she had two of them during her hospital stay with pneumonia. I don't have pneumonia (yet) but nothing else seems to be working on my congestion and coughing. :o

I'm right up there with you on that last quote... I have a headache by noon and then I'm useless... not even my ADD medication can get me going anymore... I can't wait to go to Finland and actually get A LOT of sleep in a semi-cool climate. I guess it should be better by the weekend but the fact that we haven't had any rain or thunder for over two weeks is just odd. I'm really surprised how green things still are.
I've cleaned the stove and the microwave today before I started feeling like blah, fed the hubby and now my project for the rest of the day is folding a bazillion loads of laundry... I HATE folding laundry, I don't mind going laundry, it's the folding that gets me. UGH!

Tiiired of this heat... One word, TEMPERATE!!!

I have two Nikon digital cameras. My latest one is the Nikon CoolPix 8700 ... I've had it for a while, but still learning how to use the thing! It's got some awesome stuff on it, but **whew** it is rocket science!!

I have a coolpix 4300, but I prefer to use an SLR. So I usually use my 2 Nikon 6006 (film) SLR's and just use the 4300 for snapshots.

I also have a telephoto, and wide angle lenses for my Nikon. There are times that I will "borrow" or "steal" my hubbie's tripod for his SLR. He can take the regular photos, and I'll take the digitals. My graphics degree/knowledge helps with printing them out.... and there are some really nice opportunities to do macros. The 8700 isn't as good for macros as the 880 was. My 880 is a goner for closeups, although it still works for landscape shots. I was really happy to be able to put filters on my Nikon. So much to learn, and so little time.
