In saving for a wedding and establishing a new household, "date night" might be shelved for a while, so I'm sure some gift ceertificates would be appreciated.

Yeah, I agree. A gift certificate to a nice restaurant might be a good way to get them out of the house and to spend some quality time together. Good suggestion, Maureen! (I'd rep you if you let me...)

Ellwood City is only about an hour and a half-2 hours from my house, I should make plans to go next year.

Yeah, I had the joy of talking to one of the nuns at the icon festival in '04. The nuns are such a treasure!

I like them all. I would really like to go visit just on a regular weekend (Ive been there for retreats, with groups of friends, and asst other thing) along with one of my best friends who spends every other weekend there to spend some time when it's quiet there.
