"At that very moment, three men stood before the house where I was, having been sent to me from Caesarea. Then the Spirit told me to go with them, doubting nothing. Moreover these six brethren accompanied me, and we entered the man’s house. And he told us how he had seen an angel standing in his house, who said to him, ‘Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon whose surname is Peter, who will tell you words by which you and all your household will be saved.’ And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell upon them, as upon us at the beginning. Then I remembered the word of the Lord, how He said, ‘John indeed baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’ If therefore God gave them the same gift as He gave us when we believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could withstand God?”

When they heard these things they became silent; and they glorified God, saying, “Then God has also granted to the Gentiles repentance to life.” Acts 11:11-18

"Therefore let it be known to you, brothers, that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. Through Him everyone who believes is justified from everything you could not be justified from by the Law of Moses. Watch out, then, that what was spoken by the prophets does not happen to you:

‘Look, you scoffers,
wonder and perish;
for I am doing a work in your days
that you would never believe,
even if someone told you.’” Acts 13:38-41 (Habakkuk 1- Habakkuk 2 The punishment of Judah)

Faith can be a measure of belief (1 Timothy 1:5). Do NOT confuse this with a seared conscience (1 Timothy 4:2). Without Faith it is IMPOSSIBLE to please God. (Hebrews 11:6). I encourage you to read the Scripture passages in full context.

You cannot force someone to see from your perspective, it's why you must prophesy instruction with intelligible words, rather than speak in unknown tongues (1 Corinthians 14:1-25). *Cough* PARABLES *Cough*

Different degrees of faith (degrees of belief, in this specific case) protect us from feeling like we will be thrown into the Lake of Fire, because the conscience is clean before God, because He has tested the individual approved for the ministry they have been assigned to. Everything done outside of Faith is sin, because it is in doubt (Romans 14:22-23). The testing of your faith (Trials, Tribulations James 1:2-7) strengthens your conscience and God gives you more to steward as you seek His nature in every aspect of your life.

This God-given grace allows some to answer very difficult questions, without feeling convicted/condemned. This does not validate us, we are still accountable before the Lord when He judges the Body of Christ (Earthly and Heavenly). This is best explained in the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:14-30) and 1 Corinthians 3:10-15. This is why Faith without works is dead. (James 2:14-26) because the conscience is never clean, from all the disobedience and works of the flesh.

The conscience cannot be clean, because the Word of God is always judging the heart for what it is (Hebrews 4:12). This is why James 4:7-10 says to purify our sinful hearts/minds or the Sword of God's Mouth (The Word) will wage war on us, our conscience(s) Revelations 2:12-17, the COMPROMISING CHURCH of Pergamum).

1 Corinthians 12:9-11 mentions the Spiritual gift of faith by the same Spirit that gives the others, as the Spirit determines. Stewardship.

"For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but think of yourself with sober judgment, according to the measure of faith God has given you. Just as each of us has one body with many members, and not all members have the same function, so in Christ we who are many are one body, and each member belongs to one another.

We have different gifts according to the grace given us. If someone’s gift is prophecy, let him use it in proportion to his faith; if it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach; if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is giving, let him give generously; if it is leading, let him lead with diligence; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully." Romans 12:3-8
